Blundstone 1469 Boot Steel Grey-10

I wore these boots straight out of the box to work, where I do a lot of standing during the day. The were so comfortable, and I was grateful they didn't need a break-in period. I wear a size women's 8 in all footwear, which is the size I bought for these shoes (AU 5), and it fit perfectly. I appreciated that the box came with an extra set of cushioned inner soles, in case you need them. I can tell these boots are of great quality and will last me for years. I'm very glad I bought them!

Absolutely LOVE my Blundstone's!! I wore them all Winter long, and into the Spring, while I was living in Eastern Europe (when the snow wasn't several inches deep - though, you definitely could wear them through snow and I did). They were amazing. Such awesome, quality material, very comfortable, and so durable (I literally wore them for months straight, every day)! Love the style for fashion and function. I also really like the color (the rustic brown hid any scrapes until I had the chance to rub the boot clean again). I wore them through water puddles (though they are not waterproof) but I didn't have any issues. You'll need thicker socks for cold temperatures because they aren't made to be super warm. Normally, I am a true size 7 in women's shoes. I ordered a size 7 in the rustic black color, and when they arrived, I was surprised that my toes were smashed into the end. I walked around in them for a bit in my home, and eventually concluded that I should order a half size up.What I didn't know is that the half sizes in Blundstone's lineup are their wide sizes. So the 7.5 is the same length as the 7, but has a wider fit. I ended up ordering an 8, which fits my toes perfectly with the comfort liners inserted into it to make the boot more snug.I haven't broken them in yet or really worn them asides from the initial try on, so I can't really speak to the break in process or longevity of the boots.
