I bought my daughter and son-in-law each a pair as early birthday gifts. They have never worn them before. They absolutely love them and have been wearing them every day! These are shoes, if you follow the sizing instructions from Blundstones, that will fit well from the moment you put them on and will not require any ābreaking inā time. There should be a slight amount of space at your heel when you wear them. That is a proper fitting shoe. They may stretch a bit in width, but not in length. Buy them and enjoy walking again. I even have a pair I wear indoors instead of slippers

They will give you an automated response saying it's because of wear and tear, and it's not a result of the construction, workmanship, or materials.I put a warranty claim in on a pair of kids boots that were around 4 years old, never abused, and always cleaned and taken care of. They have the stitching coming out on the back of the boot, and the leather is coming off. Obvious construction/workmanship issue. Yet, they told me it's not because of this, but rather it's wear and tear. Thank you so much for my Blundstones! Im an overseas service member which Blundstone themselves donāt ship to APO addresses. REI has not had any of the color and size I wanted for months. I started to feel defeated. These shoes would complete a lot of my outfits, especially for the cold outdoors. I donāt know how, but I stumbled across your website and I think I bought the last size 9 in the color Iād been looking for. It took about 2 weeks to deliver which is typically for where I live. They fit beautifully! Thank you so much, Iām so happy to wear them this fall especially!

Really great looking! Most importantly an absolutely great warranty!My Blundstones have usually lasted me about 6 years. But the last ones only a few years and I didn't wear them a lot. We'll I contacted Blundstone and they did their warranty for me. I must say I am super impressed!No other boots for me!These new ones are going to be strictly for going out. I have work boots and now these. Great job Blundstone!
I bought my first pair of blunt stones 10 years ago. I like them so much. I bought a pair for work and kept my original blond stones for dress.The upper boot tore from the sole, I thought they were just old and the leather deteriorated.I went to get them replaced.The sales person said i should reach out to Blundstone.Once i sent them the pictures they sent me a new pair!Not used to this kind of customer satisfaction!However no one is surprised when i tell them100% satisfied
I recently received a pair of Classic Walnut 550s through warranty. Although I appreciate how Blundstone stepped up to back their product, I am as not satisfied with the quality of my replacement pair. The leather was creased when I took them from the box, and seemed to be off lesser quality than my original pair. The sole seemed āspongierā than the one on my originals as well. I am doubtful that this pair will stand up like my previous one. Again, thanks for the replacement - I just wish I liked them as much as I did when I purchased my original pair.
The boots are very nice, but could not be broken in because they were too small. I wore them for around 3-5 hours at home and could not break them in. They were way too tight on my feet - I could barely get them on and my feet were falling asleep with a thin pair of socks after 20 minutes.I had tried a sz 4 of a friends and they fit well, but I still ordered up to a 4.5 because their pair was broken in and I have wider feet. I generally wear a womenās US 7 wide.Super disappointed because I had been saving up and am not able to return. Thought about trying a different pair because the quality and design is great but I donāt want to risk wasting more money because of the strict return policy. Thank you very much for my replacement Blundstones. They continue to provide comfort and stability while walking. It took a few days to work them in, but my boots did not disappoint.As for my old Blundstones, I have found and new use for them rather than discarding to landfill. Drill a few holes in each boot, add soil, a few annuals, and voila, instant plants and herbs! Rest assured, they will be used again next year.Thank you, again.PM Warne
The fit is perfect and breaking in well. They feel just like my previous ones. I am not keen on the Rustic Brown colour. I preferred the Saddle Brown colour on my old ones. The Rustic Brown is too dark. It almost looks like a rubber boot.Your Customer Service procedure is first rate. Itās puts the two top objectives back into a business. Customer and Service. Something that is lacking in most businessās today.
I ordered my very first pair a couple weeks ago I had been wanting a pair for a long time. I read the reviews beforehand and thankfully I did and took the advice to order a half size bigger then I normally wear as I do have slightly wider feet. I wore then for a few days around the house first as they were still snug but eventually stretch out to your feet size. They are very comfortable. I did not end up using the extra insole as it was a bit to snug and can still wear thicker socks. I am super happy with the decision to finally get a pair
