If the warranty seems appealing to you, it is far from it. They do not honour their warranty on boots no matter the issue. They will give you an automated response saying it's because of wear and tear, and it's not a result of the construction, workmanship, or materials.I put a warranty claim in on a pair of kids boots that were around 4 years old, never abused, and always cleaned and taken care of. They have the stitching coming out on the back of the boot, and the leather is coming off. Obvious construction/workmanship issue. Yet, they told me it's not because of this, but rather it's wear and tear. I have three pairs (black, rustic black and rustic brown). I had my first pair back in the 80s. Guess they were the ones where hydralisis affected the sole. Was on stage performing one night and when running off stage the soles literally disintegrated with pieces falling off everywhere. Blundstone was great. Cut off the tabs and elastics, sent them the photo evidence of the exploded soles and they replaced them no problem. Stand behind the product. And it's a great product. First Western boutique in St. John's also offers complimentary cleaning and treatment. Who else does that?!

Hi . We have had many pair of blundstones in our family, currently i have 3 pair. one pair Of # 587 in Black , worn less than a dozen times,have the soles virtually falling apart in rubber chunks, in a short walk , aprox, 5 blocks, the soles fell to pieces.The pair in brown , purchased same day, the soles look like new. Blundstones have served me very well over the years, however, this time, this pair, are a complete failure. The store i usually purchase them from no longer carries Blundstones

I normally buy Merrell Mocs, have for the past 15 years, they slip right on and are comfortable, I wear a size 14 shoe and I've been finding it increasingly difficult to find them in my size and I've been replacing them every year lately. Cut to buying these shoes thinking I'm getting quality shoes but all I got was disappointment. They fit very tight and even after a month my feet are extremely sore after only a few hours of wearing them in the car to the point I'm driving without them on. Furthermore my feet are either sweating or frozen in these shoes, there's absolutely no in between. Lastly I was looking for a slip on shoe, which this appears to be, however I have to bend over to pull these on every single time I wear them. I purchased my blundstones years ago and that had seen many adventures throughout those years. I was saddened when a hole formed on my right boot just by behind my smallest toe. I reached out to Blundstone Canada for possible warranty and was impressed at how quick they responded and how well my claim was handled. I followed the necessary instructions and received my new warrantied pair. Absolutely love these boots, highly recommended them to anyone looking for both functional and stylish boots
6 months and many miles later…The best all-around boots I've ever owned! I've worn them practically every day - no exaggeration. It does take about two weeks to break in, but they're only getting better with age. These boots are a solid investment. They’re a do-it-all type of shoe. Different styles fit slightly differently, I do have another pair of bloodstones that fit a bit more snug, so I had to size up a half size, but these fit true to size (I bought an 8).
It's a nice looking boots, and the shipping is fast. However, I feel the quality is declining. Recentaly, I ordered one pair and found there is a defect on the rubber with junction of leather. I am concerning the water will break in and the leather might be separated from the base pretty soon. Moreover, there are lots of little bubbles/holes surrounding the rubber. I don't know if it's going to cause any issue in the future. I had to order, refund/exchange, and reorder to get the one that I don't see those issue. It took lots of efforts to get a pair of boots, which I never experienced before. Anyway, it's quite pricy boots, and I hope to see the quality as a consumer.
After wearing my original blundstones for three years. I needed a replacement pair. They are a great boot to wear for six months of the year. They get too warm to wear late spring through to the summer. But are perfect for wet rainy climates such as the Northwest of Canada. I always choise the oil resistant soles because of my job. My old pair are semi-retired but I will get them resoled, the uppers are still in great shape.
I’ve had Blundies for many years and actually use them for horse riding. I love them! I bought this new pair to have an all-purpose boot for a 3 week trip to Europe. Weather walking around cities, hiking in the countryside, or dressing up for dinner, they’ve been perfect! They’re comfortable, stylish, and versatile. I’m writing this review on my last day in Europe and I plan on getting the same boot in rustic brown as soon as I get home.
My 20 year old Blunnies were perfectly broken in and still looked great. But then we got a new puppy. She enjoyed my Blundstones too. I cried. It was, however, an opportunity to get a new style. I love the new colour and stuck to the classic style. They were super comfy right out of the box and I look forward to wearing them for the next 20 years - especially walking the dog.
