Love this multivitamin. I initially used the chewable twice day post op but as I don’t have any issues with swallowing & have very poor memory for taking tablets; this is the perfect once a day solution
Been taking these for 4 years now. My bloods levels are always in range. Tried other multis but just end up throwing good money away as I get an upset stomach from them. Great product and a great company to deal with always prompt dispatch. Never a problem. Love them!!!
For me these are so much easier to take than the chewable ones! One in the morning, one at night and away I go. No problems. (Yes I need to take extra calcium - but it's a little chewable chocolate square that tastes divine. win win!)
