I was going to throw the remainder of my package away since I did not find the pancakes very desirable in texture. I looked up the website and looked for recipes and came across the Raspberry Jam Swirl. The recipe calls for Greek yogurt, I used Cashew Yogurt. It also called for 1 1/4 c. 7 Grain Pancake and Waffle Mix, I used 1/2 cup more...1 3/4 cup in total. The recipe called for Almond or Vanilla extract, I used Orange extract. I also added 1 cup frozen cranberries that I chopped in a blender, and 1 cup pecans also chopped. I topped with the Raspberry Jam that I like from a place I shop TJ. The recipe says to bake on 350 for 40-43 minutes. I found I needed to adjust the heat of my oven to 360 and it took 60 minutes to bake into the center. Quite high in sodium at 13% of DV. But the 10 grain mix is even higher so I choose this. I dont like having sugar as the 4th ingredient too, with the rest of the grains further down the ingredient list.That said, the pancakes certainly have an earthly flavor with a subtle grain taste. Overall a clean feeling. Have been having them daily for 2 weeks now! Finally gotten the desired fluffiness after much trial. The proportion of flour:water is quite spot on. But, be very very gentle with the mixing of the batter! Big chunks of lumps are okay. No need to rest the batter at all.It’s a quality buy I’d say. Definite repurchase!

Pleased with its overall quality, but I did have to use some vanilla essence, sugar, and cinnamon with the recipe to make it taste better. It makes a quick, simple breakfast without much measuring. The package is resealable, which is great.

I wanted to like this pancake mix as the ingredients are very high quality and nutrient dense. However, the taste was...not great (and that is generous!). It tasted very bland and not sweet whatsoever. So if you aren't interested in taste and prioritize healthy ingredients over that, then this would be a good pick for you.

We love this pancake mix. We use it as directed, but do add 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp milk, and extra water to the mix to make it more of a cake batter consistency. When it's all mixed, I then gently mix in ½ tsp of apple cider vinegar and let it rest for a few minutes. We love how fluffy they turn out to be! Sometimes we make the whole bag and then we quadruple all of the above additional ingredients. We keep the extras in the refrigerator to heat up for breakfast over the next couple of days.
