High quality arrowroot without any added ingredients/fillers. We use in place of potato starch and in all of our gluten free flour mixes. Very consistent grind on this making it easy to reproduce bakes and doesn't seem to alter taste of food. Package is a perfect size for storing, but with the fine nature of the starch, can be hard to reclose as the starch fills in the "ziplock" part. Great for those on a gluten free diet and we will continue buying.

I LOVE this product.I use it to replace corn starch or foods that need a small amount of flour (eg. Coating meat for stir/oil fry). I try to stay away from white simple carb like white flour… so this fullfills my need. Recommended!!Im buying 2 more bags and giving one for my parents who have diabetes and wanting healthier alternatives.Please like my review if this was helpful🥰

Arrowroot is an amazing product to save the day if you are vegan, or need a gluten free or lactose free recipe. I usually use it to make bechamel sauce. Mix 1 spoon of arrowroot powder with one cup of any vegan milk, I prefer oat milk, add a sprinkle of pepper and little of salt and the sauce is ready . You can also make a custard by mixing 1 spoiled of the arrowroot powder with one cup of any vegan milk and some drops if stevia extract and little bit of zaffron and cardamom powder. The size of the package is enough to last long just put it in a jar after opening it.
I use this flour to blend with almond and coconut flours in baking. It makes for a lighter and chewier texture in gluten free baking. This seems to be good quality. No complaints at all. Bob's red mill has a good resealable package (which is appreciated because arrowroot flour can get everywhere if it doesn't).
