I stumbled upon the high fiber oat bran in a grocery store about 35 or 40 miles from my usual shopping grounds, and decided to give it a try. I absolutely love it ! I make it by using 1 part oats to 2 parts water, then store it in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. Just pop it in the microwave for one and a half min. add a dab of sugar, a sliver of butter, some cinnamon and it's ready to go ! The only negative is my inability to find it in a store near my home. There are numerous stores that carry a wide variety of Bobs Red Mill products, but not one of them has the high fiber oat bran. It's the combination of the flavor along with the amount of protein and fiber that make this particular one my breakfast mainstay.

This was our first time trying this product because we normally have the old-fashioned rolled oats oatmeal for breakfast. We tried this on a whim, and it really surprised us with how tasty, and delicious it is in comparison to oatmeal. The granular, yet smooth texture of the cereal made it such a pleasure to eat with minimal chewing. Just a pinch of salt, cup of milk, and a topping of bananas made it a fantastic breakfast alternative. Without going into detail, the high fiber worked immediately in case you are wondering :). We will definitely buy this again in the future.

Wonderful organic breakfast alternative to cold cereal or oatmeal for a warm winter morning! The fiber content and quality are high. This can be added to smoothies too for extra fiber and nutrition and will be more filling to last throughout the morning without getting hungry. It has many other trace minerals I've researched it. A little goes a long way. I add raw organic honey or maple syrup and sometimes a spoon of protein powder.

These are awesome. One of the main benefits is that it cooks in the microwave in 2 minutes so you can easily make a quick and healthy breakfast of one serving. I also use these in vegan bean balls as a binder. The taste is awesome and Bob's is always high quality.
This is a great fiber. I have added it to my protein balls that I eat for snacks. I put some in my smoothies, oat meal, pancake batter, and my biscuits. It is resistant starch which our gut loves. The benefits are numerous. I can always trust Bob's Red Mill for quality. One ingredient.
I love my Bob’s oat bran. It arrived sooner than I expected, I think I prefer ordering online better because y’all let me know when it will arrive, and I don’t have to be disappointed when I go to the store and it’s not on the shelves. The quality is unmatched. I ordered two. I will definitely order again.I’ve used other products from Bob’s I like their corn meal ( medium grind ) that’s the only one I use to fry my southern cat fish.
We are huge fans of this oat bran cereal and panicked when local stores were out of stock so were happy with quick shipping from Bob's Red Mill. We have the cereal nearly every morning for breakfast with diced apple, cinnamon and walnuts. It's packed with fiber and very satisfying. Plus, it's easy to make in the microwave so there's no need to wash a pot :).
I like the contents of Organic Oat Bran. I pour boiling water over oats and stir--adding more water. i add chopped banana for delicious and very filling porridge'.however, getting it out of bag w/o spilling is difficult.I need to start with wide-mouth big plastic store soup container and pour into successive smaller containers after opening bag.Each day I measure a certain amount into an old small plastic container on which i have placed with indelible ink a line i can see holding it up to strong light. This amount i pour into bowl the previous night(put into plastic bag), and a measured amount of water glass carafe for boiling. This all takes a considerable time.
Nice texture and easy to cook in microwave. The instructions on the back of the package really help. Good quality. Taste mild.Good for getting nutrition like vitamin b maybe. suitable for breakfast. Ingredients are good I think. To use in salad and benefit in digestion. Usually make 2 servings at a time.
