I absolutely love this highlight, it pairs well with my medium skin tone! It is not chunky glitter like most of them on the market either. It's easy to blend in whether you decide to wear a full face or wear alone. I especially love how it gives a "wet look" finish and you get quite a bit of product. My only complaint is the price point on it but it's definitely beautiful and worth it in my opinion since this has easily become my favorite go to highlight.... Show more

I've tried so many highlighters and never found one that lasted longer than a few hours. This gives a fantastic pink/opal glow. It looks beautiful over blush as well. I'd say it's great for both dry and regular skin. I would definitely buy this product again it's my everyday go to especially with just a regular make up day. I'd most definitely recommend this to others who are looking for a long lasting, pigmented yet natural looking glow. It's long lasting as well and you don't have to keep reapplying every few hours. Also a little goes a long way I lightly swatch it with my brush and wow. [brand:bobbi-brown]... Show more

I like a very reflective, smooth sheen and this is exactly that. It's almost like a putty texture?? Which I guess is why it's so smooth as opposed to dry and powdery. I thought it felt similar to that Stila heaven's hue highlighter, which I also liked but can't get at Sephora anymore. The color also is good for my skin tone. One problem I had with other highlighters is that it didn't blend well and looked like a noticeable stripe on my skin. I would say I'm light-medium. I'm Asian, but I don't have a super yellow undertone to my skin. I'm more beigey so the pink glow works well for me. Also, not as important, but I dropped the compact a few times and it didn't shatter. The whole square popped out and is kinda loose in the compact now, but it's still in one piece!... Show more

I receive this highlighter in Quartz Glow. First, the size is generous. You seem to get a lot of product. Second, the product is beautiful. I found this color to be perfect for me. I’m quite pale and it looks beautiful on my skin. The highlighter is buildable. I find it gives a natural pretty glow but if you want a more dramatic glow you can build it up. Really love using this product and the color! Gives such a glowy dewy look for summer! I was gifted this in exchange for my honest review.... Show more

beware of “swirls”
When this came in, I discovered that my “swirl” of peach and white was more like 95% white with micro glitter and only about 5% peach. The peach colour was mostly in tiny areas around the edge of the pan and very hard to even swatch. The peach colour was very beautiful though and it didn’t have micro glitter, so I would have kept this if it was more of an equal share of peach and white. I will probably return this since I am not a fan of either micro glitter or white highlighter. Too bad though, because after seeing the photos here (most people seem to get an equal swirl of both colours and the swatches are a lot more peach than my white one) seems like I really got an odd dud. I would recommend buying this in person or at the BB counter so that you can see what you ... Glow For Days!!
Let me just start off my saying although this product was gifted via Octoly for me to review, that has no effect on my review of the product whatsoever. Gifted or not I'm still giving my honest opinion, always. Moving on to the highlighter.. This is the first product from Bobbi Brown I've ever tried, but I'm no rookie in the beauty community and have heard many good things about his products but just hadn't got around to trying them yet. My initial thought was that there's no way this product would look as good in real life as it did in the photographs.. I was wrong. It's actually even more beautiful. I like my highlighter to be glowy, without being chunky & too glittery. That's not a cute look for a woman in her mid-thirties. This shimmer brick gives the perfect ... I like my highlighter to be glowy, without being chunky & too glittery. That's not a cute look for a woman in her mid-thirties. This shimmer brick gives the perfect amount of glow without going overboard. You can easily build it up for a more intense lewk, or sheer it down for something a little lighter. I own an array of highlighters that perform better when applied with setting spray & a brush, but this one seems to perform just as well with or without using that method. One thing I really appreciate about this highlight is how little fallout there is. I can't stand a chunky formula that crumbles all over your face. The consistency of this product is so fine, and it's more of a pearlescent effect giving you the glow, in comparison to the JSC highlighters which are gorgeous but also loaded with glitter and have a ton of fallout. Definitely recommend this one.... Show more

Natural Glow
Compared to the CT mini Filmstar Bronze & Glow Duo, this highlighter in Pink Glow is hard pressed, more natural and easy to use. The rose pink part is softer and the white part is harder. I like the idea to leave them less blended in the plate, so that I can choose which part to use. The pink part is just a little bit warm, while the white part contains some cool toned shimmer, but both of them are not that much. I can use a goat brush for a bright finish, or a squirrel brush for a natural finish. Very versatile. The finish on my face is quite neutral, neither too warm, or too cool, naturally laminating the planes & angles. I think this shade flatters all the skin tones.... Show more

Sparking powder
This powder lifts the complexion with a subtle and soft glow. Can be used as a highlighter or all over the face to give a lift to the complexion. I have used this product in Summer and Winter to enhance s tan or lift a more pallid Winter skin tone and it has been effective across both seasons, giving an attractive glow when applied using a large cosmetic brush. The powder can be built up for evening occasions too. Highly recommended for every make up bag! A powder for all seasons.... Show more

Subtle shimmery highlight, perfect for olive tones
I typically don’t go for glitter/shimmer highlights bc I like a more subtle, natural look. I’ve made numerous exceptions lately, however, so I’ll prolly have to stop saying that lol, but this highlight is the reason for those exceptions; it changed my opinion. My previous experience with glittery or shimmery highlights was that they’re not very natural at all, as they often look like just a streak of glitter on the face. This, however, is quite a natural highlight. It is buildable so it wouldn’t be difficult to achieve a more dramatic look, if one were so inclined, but applied with a light hand, it’s very subtle. It also doesn’t emphasize texture, whereas most shimmery highlights I’ve found do. The formula is sheer and lightweight, not powdery or chalky and it’s ... There’s a ton of product, especially for how little is needed, so while it may be a bit more expensive than other highlights, it all evens out bc it lasts forever. Furthermore, all the colors are flattering on olive skin, which is also not always the case with highlights. I would say that bronze glow and tawny glow are prolly the MOST flattering on medium olive skin, moon glow on light olive skin, but none of them are unflattering. I’d definitely recommend this, particularly to anyone who is olive toned or likes a shimmery highlight but has textured skin. For smooth skin, I still prefer the PMG sublime trio if you’re looking for just one consummate highlight. However, if you collect them, this is definitely a good one to have in the arsenal....
