Bought 2 of this a month ago and love it. Great for body aches and winter. Have bought it previously and it lasted for about 1.5 years until it had a small hole around the stitch area. Use it on almost a daily basis.

I bought this a month ago for my partner because his job requires him to heavy lift and stay up all night due to his shift times, he is also very active and thus very prone to back pain and muscle pulls. Ever since he started using this, it has improved his recovery to the minor injuries he might get during his day.The best thing is it works as a cold pack as well so helps to beat the Australian heat during Summer.

Very easy to use and works as expected, good weight and heat retention. came in handy during labor and postpartum - used for lower back and to relieve neck pain.

I paid over $47 for an ad that stated it was for the purchase of TWO heat packs. In turn I only received ONE heat pack for that amount. Medshop was of absolutely no assistance in addressing the problem and refused to acknowledge their fault. I will NEVER buy from them again!
Good heat pack. Great for warming up the bed, or your feet in these cold months. Also great for easing joint and muscle pain and abdominal cramps. Love the colour too!
Wheat falls to the bottom of each rectangle leaving the "middle" with no heat ( wheat ) when draping the pack over knee / leg. Too expensive.
