Java is a simple, classic, budget French press made by Bodum. Its 1 litre capacity makes it perfect for 2-4 people. It is easy to use, elegant, and allows you to brew a perfect cup of coffee at home. Design Java is made of durable and lightweight plastic. Coffee is brewed in a glass vessel, which is neutral when it comes to the flavour. A fine mesh at the end of the plunger separates the coffee well and gives a clear brew. Brewing method The French press is intuitive and easy to use. Just pour coarsely ground coffee (6 grams per every 100 ml of water) into the glass vessel. Add hot water (90 - 96 degrees Celsius). Stir it a bit and press the plunger after about 3 minutes. Done!
