After they confirmed the issue, they arranged for me to collect the replacement directly at a local store nearest to me since I reside in East Malaysia. We wanted 250ml coffee cups as we prefer that size rather than mugs. We had searched stores everywhere and could not find what we wanted. We use them for cold water as well as our hot drinks. Everyone can tell if the dishwasher has done its job and we can just keep buying them when we need to - hopefully.
