Frothing action inconsistent, sometimes quite weak. Difficulty inserting batteries due to poor visibility of markings on product where batteries are inserted. Disappointing!

It does what it supposed to do efficiently. I think its a bargain for the price I paid. I dont use it everyday. But very handy when I need to froth milk for guests.
Difficult to install batteries in this frother. Very easy to break the plastic seal when opening the battery unit. But once done, it works really well.
Opening it and placing the battery was a huge hassle. Had to practically year it apart. Does its job thereafter.
No instructions. It's not obvious how to insert the batteries as the terminals looked identical BUT batteries needed to be going both ways, without indication which way. MY eyesight is aged. If there were terminal indicators I couldn't see them!
The milk frothing this device gives has me very pleased but the switch to turn on and off is very poor design. I have to remove the cap to turn it off, all the off button does is it very slightly moves the battery coil but it can still run like that.
Great little milk frother. Much more powerful than expected. Battery compartment awkward to open - it just pushes off, but you're wary of damaging.
The instructions were lacking in information, for example no instructions how or where to put the batteries in. I had to go on YouTube to find out. When I turned the product on I thought the whisk was going to fly off but it did settle into a smooth rhythm. I found that the product was very flimsy.
