Close the wider waist band section comfortably around your waist. Adjust the buckles behind your arm pits so there is good tension pulling your shoulder backwards. Make sure you are comfortable with the level of pressure set. If for any reason it seems too tight, simply loosen the buckles. Once you feel the level of tension is perfect, re-adjust the wide waist band and close the 2 most narrow waist straps over the waist area.
