Used with the Bokashi One Bucket this mixture ferments food waste providing your garden with a nourishing compost with enriching microbes. It is the handy micro-organisms that are the foundation of this composting system. They help ferment the waste in the bucket and they accelerate the breakdown of the waste. The mix is dried thoroughly so it can be stored for years with no loss of effectiveness and is packed in a resealable, plastic, zip-lock bag.
