The Bona hard surface floor cleaner works great and smells good. Along with the Bona mop and microfiber cleaner, I can get a clean and fresh smelling floor. Bona Hard Surface Floor Cleaner is a safe, effective choice to use with your Bona mop or honestly any floor cleaning system. It's a plant based, water based floor cleaner that was made to be a better alternative to many of the cleaning products on the market. I appreciate that there is no harsh smell, no dyes and no ingredients that are super harmful in this. I used this with my Bona Premium Microfiber Mop on my vinyl laminate floors and it seemed to do a good job and getting the dirt up. Some of the harder to get spots did not budge but I think it might take some more scrubbing. I really do appreciate that this has no strong smell and leaves no streaks. It's a good cleaner to be paired with your mop.

After reading, reviews, and seeing how high this is rated, I gave this product a try on my tile floors. I was not impressed. It does leave a good shine on the floors, but I am not a fan of the scent at all. Even hours later, it was not pleasant. I have used another product and compared it to this and this does not pull as much dirt as other products. 

This floor cleaner is for vinyl and luxury vinyl, stone and tile, and laminate floors. I liked that the spray out in a fine mist. I sprayed my luxury vinyl and then let it sit for 5 minutes. I had stuck-on sauce and it came up easily when I mopped. The best part was not needing to go back over the floor with water to rinse the area. It also dried quickly.

Secondly, I sprayed a fine mist of Bona in the area that I wanted to start mopping in and began to clean. I did have to rinse and ring my cleaning pad out several times to avoid any streaks. I then took my microfiber side of my dust mop and lightly buffed the floors to make them shine bright. The last step is optional that's just how I choose my floors to look. For anybody who has used any Bona wood floor cleaning product, the process to use the Lemon Mint Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner is muscle-memory familiar. After vacuuming, just wave the bottle over a few square feet section of floor while squeezing the trigger spray, work the Bona mop head pad over the moistened area, then move on to the next section of floor. On a floor that was moderately clean to begin with, the results were dust free and satisfactorily shiny, with a pleasantly mild scent that does not scream of chlorine or pine. The pleasantness had its limitations however, as Bona’s cleaner didn’t fare well against many minor stains that disappeared quickly with general purpose spray cleaners. This product is so easy to use, and it works great! I just spray as I go with my steam mop, whether it’s tile, laminate or hard wood, it cleans like a champ. It even got sharpie marker off my floor in seconds! Leaves no streaks and adds the perfect shine to tile. Love this product and will continue to use for perfect floors every time!

The Bona Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner (Antibacterial Formula) is a great cleaning product and very useful nowadays. This formula contains 2.4% hydrogen peroxide as its active ingredient, which is highly effective against most household bacteria, mold/fungus, and some viruses. Following the instructions on the bottle, the kitchen floor was sprayed and left wet for 10min before wiping. The spray cleaned very effectively, leaving no streaks or discoloration on the tile floor (and kitchen counters, stove, oven door), and no residue/stickiness/film on any surfaces it encountered. It even seemed to cut through grease quite well, off the stovetop after cooking bacon!!! Cleaning products are something that I am becoming more and more an 'expert' on. I have been cleaning houses for years, not just my own, but for other people, as well. Some of my clients swear b y Bona products. After 50 years of keeping a clean house, I can tell you, this product does about what you think it should, it adds moisture to a microfiber cloth, which adds to the adhesion of the dirt that you collect when wiping. Originally after washing, the floor looks great, but then as it dries, the luster returns, but the shiny gloss fades. There is honestly nothing that I can find that sets this product apart from just using another cleaner that can be diluted for your needs and uses. Very satisfied

I had been using a different floor cleaner system (Swiffer Wet Jet and cleaning solution). I thought my floors were clean, but every time I would walk on them, it would leave black shoe prints behind. I figured I'd give Bona a try. WOW! The amount of gunk and grime it pulled up was incredible!! I'm happy to have (actually) clean floors again!!
