I can not rate this mop any higher, it does not ruin your floorboards by making the floor too wet - as you can control the water amount. Is expensive.

Love this mop, such a solid construction that the weight of it helps to clean the floor without need too much pressure. My previous mop was so light and flimsy, I had to press on the head with my foot to get marks off the floor.The spray bottle component is a good size so you don’t have to refill as often.
I bought this mop at Spotlight a few weeks after our hardwood floors werestripped and sealed with Bona Water Based polyurethane. The ease of using this mop with the refillable cartridge is genius and I feel confident it will not adversely affect the finish on my floor. I am mopping more than ever because it’s so easy. In my opinion it is priced pretty high for what it is, but I was able to get it on special so that was a win. I love it!
Excellent floor cleaner, very easy to use, the smell of the cleaner fluid is pleasant and not overpowering. My floors don't take very long to dry. The removable pads are easy to remove for washing. No more heavy buckets of water to lug around and accidentally splash, or having to replace with clean water if doing large areas.
Great results, my old wooden floor comes up shiny and fresh. And so easy to use!
