Rubbish! No change whatsoever . My laminate is matt and prone to staining. Also not appealing to eye. I thought this polish would give a shine and protective coat. However is made not a slightest change whatsoever, not even 1%. It is still Matt and every water drop leaves heavy stain . We have a dog and you can imagine what it's like

I’m using this for the last 4 years, most of our visitors talk about our floor. if you don't follow instructions then easily this product will mess up your floor. Apply on a clean dry floor out temp is not >90, Apply in a small area, 2x2 ft “S” & wipe it up & down 5 times until no visible polish, Dont allow polish to dry before rubbing or applying too much. The container is not convenient to apply, if you don't pay attention then polish spils easily This just a polish not a floor scratch repair.

This is a really bad product and poorly described by Bona. After unsealing the container I used it to cover a room and it worked well.Once the container was unsealed and unused for a few days it seems the polish changed its texture and composition; I applied it on another room and it turned out a mess.It left the floor dull and stained with some light colored spots. When calling Bona I was told that the only way to remove the polish was to purchase a Bona polish remover only sold in Amazon and that one coat would not be enough.I will never use a Bona product again

I love what it did for my old bathroom tile floor. I first cleaned it with a mixture that contained ammonia and scrubbed the grout joints with an electric brush. Then I cleaned it again with bona tile cleaner and a microfiber mop. Finally I used two coats of the bona tile polish, and the old floor looks almost like new. It has a very nice sheen without being too shiny. Very natural. This was about a month ago and it seems to wear very well. I will keep using this product for my tile floors, but not for my hardwood floors. You can't use the same product for two very different things, that's why some people complain about their wood floors. Look for something made especially for hardwood.
I bought enough to cover my entire hardwood floor. I cleaned first and applied according to the instructions. I noticed a haze on my floors the following day. I waited a few days and called Bona regarding the situation. I was accused of not applying correctly and that I needed to apply more product wait 24 hours and then see if it resolved the issue. If that didn't work then they would provide me a resolution to the problem. The resolution is buying more of their product (remover) that can only be obtained from a retailer that is out of stock. (more Bona money). If you value your wood floors, I would not use this product.
This product has saved me from changing our dark laminate floors. Was super easy to apply. I Vacuumed, washed the floors using the Bona Laminate cleaner, let it dry and then applied this product also in the same way as if I’m cleaning but not pressing as hard. Let it dry for an hour just to be safe and floors look like new. We had some scratches and it didn’t completely resolve that but with the new shine you can hardly notice the scratches. Probably wouldn’t have gotten the scratches if I knew about this product before. Will use this product over and over and recommend to all laminate flooring friends and family! I was worried about white streaks like some people reviewed since I ha e a very dark laminate but I think it’s either they applied the hardwood polish to laminate or they used too much product. I have been using the 18” professional mop for my daily cleaning for about 3yrs and used it for the polish and worked out perfect. Mop was also purchased on Home Essentials Direct. *UPDATE* So a week passed with beautiful shines floors and when it was time to clean them again I just used the usually Bona laminate floor cleaner and after the floor dries it looks horrible with a white film cover. I did everything as directed and it looked like a brand new floor but now this white film like coating shows?! Not sure what’s going on?! I do have the most unforgiving cheap dark smooth laminate.
I recently hired somebody to clean my ceramic floor tiles, and sealed the grouts to renew the looks and appearance. I bought this product to add shine, but apparently ... the result was not how I had expected. Blank spots are all over, and there’s a big portion where it seemed no shine was applied at all. Made my floor look worse than before hiring somebody to clean them. Looks like the entire floor was stepped on while still wet. I tried fixing and redoing, just not working at all. Very frustrating and I gave up. If only I had known the issue with this product, I should have never bought it. It pretty much wasted the money I spent on hiring somebody renewing my floor tile appearance and I should have kept them unfinished (no shine) at all.
We have bought an older farm that we have restored the home several years ago. We put porcelain Tile throughout 90% of upstairs and 100% downstairs. The upstairs is about 1000 square foot of tile. After several years of using the bona cleaning products we saw the polishing product and we we thought the floors would look better with a little more Shine so we tried this product. It looked great for a while and then after several applications just looked blotchy and dull. We then proceeded to search internet on how to remove. Now we have floors that look terrible , horrible haze and dullness in every crevice ! We have tried scrubbing and every trick on the internet we could find,; ex vinegar, ammonia and nothing works! The more we try the worse it looks!
Used product on Cali bamboo flooring. Previously used the Bona revitalizer and refresher and these were excellent products; however, now discontinued. So used the hard surface polish and found it to be one of the worst products I've used. Does not apply very well and will spot and streak. And after applied will spot. I have refinished many wood floors in 40 years of professional experience. Give credit to the Bona polish remover I had to buy to take this product off. It works.
Read reviews and thought this would bring life back to my tile floors. My fault for not just doing a small area and testing, no I had to do all 1600 sft of my house. Cleaned floors with heavy duty tile cleaner. Rinsed three times to make sure floor as clean as could be. Applied sealer and floors look so nice, clean with some shine and really brought out the color variations in the tiles. Two days later and scratches in surface where dogs walked across them. Water spots from dogs that don't come out when you wipe up. Then had to try and clean with a steam mop. Big no, polish came up in several spots and floors look terrible. Now will be scrubbing it off and going back to miracle sealants which stinks while using but at least held up for a year.
