I don't ever leave reviews but for this I felt compelled to. The tool warms up fast and it's easy to use - i also like how it makes no noise. However, it doesn't give me the same "blowout" effect as other cheaper, competitve brands do. I know that this is marketed to be the healthier alternative, but it doesn't do much for me. I have thick, waist-length hair with some layers. I think someone with shorter hair and LOTS of layers with some bangs would benefit from this product. It can pull on your hair if you're not careful so that's something to keep in mind, too. With this tool, i take about 15-20 minutes to do my hair- just for the shape to fall flat immediately. Love everything abouts the Infrared bounce brush. I have fine/thin, super straight hair. When I use this tool it gives my hair so much body, volume and bounce. Your hair literally feels so light and bouncy. If you have shorter hair I know you will get amazing volume and if you have a lot of layers in your hair there's so much you can do .. curl them in or out, all without stressing about damaging your hair. The only downside, you will hit the buttons. I do every time I use it, But it auto locks so you don't have to worry about switching the temperature or it shutting off if you hit the buttons. I have been looking for a thermal brush that would replace my desire for a Dyson air wrap, because what I really need is something to style my hair quickly even if I don’t take the time to blow dry or blow out my hair. I was very hesitant on purchasing this because after using the Blowout Brush Pro I noticed a significant amount of hair breakage and damage- despite using heat protectants. My hairdresser even asked if I had been using one of those blowout brushes bc she could see all the breakage on her clients. I was eyeing this product when it was being promoted in February and when it first came out. When my hair went prematurely gray, it seemed to thin and flatten out a great deal, so I have to use products like the BondiBoost Infrared Heated Round Brush to give me some lift. The barrel is the perfect size for my below the shoulder hair length. It creates really pretty loose waves, or if I twist my hair as I remove the brush, then add hairspray and allow it to cool before using my finger to separate the curls, it creates a really cute bouncy wave that adds extra volume to my hair. I love the way the cord swivels to make it easier to use. I never end up tangled up with the cord as I turn the barrel.
