Bondi Sands Thirsty Skin Hyaluronic Acid Serum 30 ml

This is my first time using serum in my face care routine. I have noticed a difference in my skin which is fresher and more hydrated. This effect lasts even if I forget to apply for a day or two.Overall my face looks healthier and cleaner. My only issue is the bottle which can be hard to squeeze out the recommended 3 drops and I am afraid of using too much and wasting it.This being said, it is good quality for the price and I will consider buying in the future (especially winter when my skin is the driest).I was gifted this product to trial and review.

1. The application process- was it easy to apply? The application process was super easy! The product didn't come out too quickly either. The bottle just needed a little shake and then the two drops (outlined by the directions on the bottle) came out really nicely and in the perfect size. I liked that it was really gentle on my skin which can usually be quite sensitive. I liked that it didn't feel like I was wearing anything! My one feedback would be the packaging- it didn't really excite me, and the shape of the product makes it feel really small. Love the product just not sure on its look? I'm thinking it might be the colour that just didn't attract me to the product or make it stand out. I also think the instructions on the back of the bottle could be a bit clearer and use more persuasive language.

Awesome affordable serum!

I really like this serum on my skin! It soaks into the skin really well and doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other serums. I apply this generally at night and my skin always wakes up looking happier and fresher than before. The price point is great for a hyaluronic seeum, however I will say that I really think the packaging could be improved. I have to store this upside down in order to get drops out easily and I’m sure once the bottle becomes less full the hard plastic will be hard to squeeze. A dropper would have been much better! Firstly, it pays to read the instructions! I initially used this product on clean dry skin and wasn't too impressed as it didn't spread well. Then I read the instructions! I applied product to cleansed damp skin and what a difference. My skin is mature, can be sensitive and without moisturiser is usually dry. After cleansing and toning and with skin still a little damp, I applied just a few drops, no more than 3-4. The product is a little thicker than other hyaluronic acid products I've tried but it spread beautifully, covering my face and neck without feeling as if I needed to apply more, and I felt the moisturising effects straight away. I've been undertaking this routine morning and night for a few days now and can see the difference. My skin seems to be retaining moisture for longer, my sometimes dry T zone is good all day without the need to re-apply moisturiser during the day, my skin looks clear and healthy and dare I say, firmer. Love the product thank you - and made in Australia is just fantastic.

Hydrated skin

As the weather gets cooler, im looking to add a hyaluronic acid product into my skincare routine. This product has a slightly thicker formula which is great for added hydration. I apply a couple of drops of the product to my damp skin, usually after a mist and toner, before then applying a moisturiser on top to seal everything in. I found this formula to layer with other products really nicely and I noticed that my skin did look and feel more hydrated and plumper, with less noticeable dehydration.I was gifted this product to trial and review.

Im so confused

Genuinly never write reviews but I have to with this. I got this because the Bondi Sands fake tan is so good I thought id try the serum since my normal hyaluronic acid wasnt avaliable. I am so confused how this has made it through to production. The serum is like jelly, its so thick it is hard to get out of the bottle unless it has been stood upside down, it doesnt sink in, and leaves a sticky residue on your face and hands that feels soapy like washing detergent. Genuinly so suprised such a product has made it through this brand which is usually so good.

Insane value for quality product

Love this serum. My skin literally drinks it up. It's a little thicker than some hyaluronic acid serums can be, which is great, as there’s no waste. It leaves the skin plump and hydrated. It’s perfect, simple, daily skincare and insane value for the price. Would prefer a glass bottle but the product is excellent. I was gifted this product to trial and review.

Plump skin!

I really love a Hyaluronic acid in my skin routine as my skin is on the drier side - so I have used many in my time. This one is brilliant! I spray with a hydrating spray first and then apply - and my skin instantly feel more hydrated and plump. My only negative is the packaging. Because it’s more like a serum (thicker than most Hyaluronic acids I’ve used) it’s a little hard to get out, but it is beautiful on the skin. I was gifted this product to trial and review.

So Hydrating!

This is such a great hydrating serum. If you are in need of a thicker serum that just soaks into the skin without making it sticky, then you should give this a go. I have oily skin yet I didn't feel this to be greasy on my skin it just soaked in and kept my face plump. My only pet peeve is the packaging. The bottle is made out of very sturdy plastic so when you get to nearly finishing this product it will be hard to squeeze out. I wish it could be in a pump form which is how I usually buy my serum products.I was gifted this product for trial and review.

Such a staple !

I’m a big fan of Hyaluronic Acid in skincare, this serum as I imagined didn’t disappoint . I tend to use this on my skin before I apply a moisturiser . The serum is not sticky at all and my skin really absorbs it well. With consistent use of this over time I definitely feel and see the difference in my skin. My skin has lacked moisture for a while now so this product has been amazing for adding that moisture back into my skin which makes my complexion look a lot healthier than before !
