Almost the total package

These are great, it feels like there’s room to breathe whilst keeping everything in place. I main these for everything, work, play, exercise. I’d say these are almost the total package as they’re not generous on the cost and could do with a bit more chafe protection on the inner thigh. The fit could do with a bit of an adjustment but that could be a personal thing as I have bigger thighs.Definitely worth the money if you snap these up on sale!

Comfy undies but pouch is a gimmick

The fit and material of these undies is some of the best from any Bonds undies. If the design had stopped there, these would be some of the best undies I own. Unfortunately the main feature of these is meant to be the ā€œtotal package pouchā€ - while I’m sure it works as designed for some people, the second you move, the supportive pouch doesn’t actually hold anything so they end up being a standard, comfy pair of undies, but just with a bit of extra useless material pressed up against your package.

Cute idea but nothing remarkable.

It was with great excitement that I decided to try the Total Package Trunks. Reality was a little mixed. The first time I went to put them on my toe snagged in the elastane labia and I ended up in a heap on the floor. I also found that trying to explore whether your rod and tackle are still properly housed in the genital garage after taking a leak gets you strange side-ways glances from the guys in the adjacent urinals as there is not way around it other thn putting your hand down and physically checking. All that said, once they are on they feel just like any other briefs. What did I expect, really? (Perhaps if the little cod capsule was lined with possum fur?) So, okay without being particularly noteworthy.

Fabric is nice but fit not the best
4 June 2022

Bought a pair a month ago and they felt really nice to put on. The fabric feels soft and sleek and hugs the body perfectly. I like the unique feeling the pouch provides. However, the reduced chafe properties advertised are false. I found them to contribute to chafing just as much as the regular style bonds eg. guyfront trunks. So due to chafing i only wear these around the house for sleeping in or lounging around. Please work on the antichafe! Id love to buy more pairs but will wait for version 2.

Famine’s a no show,but I ain’t goin back to briefs
27 August 2024

I switched to these undies during Covid. I was a ā€˜briefs’ man prior, but when I overheard somebody say that we should stock up our cupboards with food just in case, I went a bit overboard and prepared myself for the impending famine (just a little too well..like 22kgs too well). I soon realised that nothing about me was ā€˜brief’ anymore and those poor little undies were being asked to perform tasks that they were neither qualified or equipped to do. Enter ā€˜total package’! When I say my life changed that day, I tell no lie. I swear my balls high-fived each other and ran around playing Marco Polo the entire afternoon. Why the hell aren’t all undies built this way? I hung on to the weight for a while just in case the famine showed it’s face, but have since shed the lot ...Ā MoreI switched to these undies during Covid. These undies not only give ā€˜the boys’ their own little cubby house but the high waisted elastic is a wonderful concealer of the lump of lard that some of us carry around from time to time. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!

It's complicated but good
1 May 2022

I sweat a lot and get the occasional chaffing. Am a big fan of the Bond's X-Temp range as a result which are close to a perfect pair of jocks for me. The Total Package range is better in many ways. The bamboo's texture is luxurious, and the lift-and-separate pouch would keep the sweatiest of athletes and their treasured belongings happy. The one catch is the pouch is a fiddly to get all the bits in the right places. Great once everything is positioned, but be aware that a quick toilet stop now needs a full re-redressing to ensure everything goes back where it should be. Worth it though.

Pouch less is better
28 August 2024

At first I bought 2 pairs in medium- the first wear it was… weird as the jewels kept popping out every time I sat down. So I stopped wearing them and thought maybe a size smaller would be better. It was much snug fit however too uncomfortable with the pouch giving me irritated skin. I decided to cut out the pouch and wear them as regular trunks and it was the best choice ever. I tried that with my other larger pair and it was so much more comfortable. You could feel the actual softness of the bamboo for the first time. I went and bought every colour available and removed the pouch . Size S for a snug active wear fit, M for night time at home fit.

Very happy customer!
18 October 2023

My son was absolutely enthralled when he opened these up! The fabric is like nothing he’s ever owned before and he was raving about how comfortable they are and how nice they feel on his privates! I bought the XS size - he’s 12 years old but already taller than me. The size fits well. He wants more!

Why would you ever wear anything else?
30 September 2024

I have about 12 pairs of these that I’ve been rotating for approximately 2 years.I run approximately 15kms per week and have struggled in the past to find undies that support my active lifestyle. I find that when I wear these, I very rarely need to adjust myself. Not only are they the most comfortable undies I’ve ever worn, but they’re very easily the most durable undies I’ve had. I’ve tried a bunch of different undies but none that have lasted as long as these.Still 2 years in and only just starting to find holes on the outer seams of the pouch. The material is lovely and soft but can soak up a reasonable amount of sweat.Easily the best undies I’ve ever worn.

helps with chafing but split at the waste band
30 August 2024

Great while they last, but rip in the same place every time. Just between the waste band and the boxer material, they split and i've ended up with 5 out of 6 pairs of these doing the same thing now. Shame because otherwise they're great, i used to get a rash on the inside of my thigh (chafing) and since having these, that's stopped. So i'm really hoping they sort the design to avoid this or i'm back to the old rash.
