Brought this awhile ago for study and since day 1 the mouse never worked. It lags and is unusable. As a poor student it's annoying to have things like this happen, my advice... Pay more for better quality. And it's near impossible to get through to anyone who can help me return it. Keyboards cool though.

It immediately failed, with the S key sticking. I had to unplug the keyboard just to be able to enter my passwordI returned it and swapped for another, which was a mistake. Sure enough, the A key doesn't work at all.I've bought junk keyboards for half the price that were far better than this. I don't understand how they can make such a consistently terrible product.

not worth the money. i went for compact but its just too filmily . There is no light up for caps lock. the mouse cover keeps coming off . i which i had read the review. On the other hand i thought office work stocks quality stuff.

I wish that I had not have wasted my money and purchased this keyboard and mouse. I should have spent just a little bit extra, you do get what you pay for. It feels very cheap and clicky. The mouse is jumpy and inaccurate. The delete button doesn't function like a delete button and the configuration just seemed strange. I'm going to buy the Logi Silent Touch keyboard and mouse set to replace this set. Don't be like me, read the reviews first.
The keyboard is aesthetically pleasing and works well. However I have only had the keyboard for less than a week and the key letters are already rubbing off due to everyday use for work. Also there is a difference in battery type that the keyboard (AAA) and the mouse (AA) use. Other than that the keyboard works fine and has a nice colour.
There is a fault with the battery set up in the mouse. The battery didn't sit properly in the mouse and therefore wouldn't connect to my computer. I took it back to swap it for another one and when I got home realised the second one also had the same problem. I will be returning it again for a second time tomorrow.
For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but hoo boy did I get less than that!The mouse: The top cover is only held there by a tiny magnet so you will definitely lose it if you need to carry this around. The mouse was ridiculously laggy to the point where it was not usable.The keyboard: Firstly, it takes AAA batteries, not AA as described on the box and on the website. Even with the correct batteries, I could not get it to work at all. It does not have any grip on the bottom of the keyboard, so would move around annoyingly if I could actually use it!Finally, this does not have the option to connect via Bluetooth as described on the website. It comes with a USB connector which was very difficult to slot into the USB port.I'll be returning this product asap.
Half my keys don't even work unless I press two - three next to them first then delete them then try typing again. ie. If I want to type a Y I have to press rty backspace X3 y.When I hold shift button, other keys don't work. I can't quick type capitals. Half the numbers don't work either.Typing this review on my phone because I obviously can't type on my keyboard!
Keep in mind the box says both mouse and keyboard require AA batteries when in fact the keyboard actually needs AAA batteries. Evidently the box says both items need AA. Overall its performance not bad. But I think this is merely for short term use. Price wise - I would say better to be cheaper than what the price is as listed.
Bought half an hour ago and will be taking back tomorrow for a refund. The plastic parts are misformed (e.g. the battery cover) and only roughly fit together. The keyboard is loud and clunky to type on. Worst of all, the base is uneven so it constsntly rattles as I type. Tested on a few level surfaces and it is definitely the keyboard that is uneven.
