Bonelk Long-Life 3in1 Multiport Hub (Black)

The build quality of this product is great.But the HDMI contrast ratio was very poor. Using on my M1 MacBook Pro, compared to the native HDMI port and also several other USB-C~HDMI adapters I have, the HDMI outpout of this had very poor contrast ratio. Don't know if it was just poor quality control on the unit I had or if it is inherent to this product... PB tech accepted the return, but said they "could not see any issue", so who knows... Would have loved to buy a replacement, except I don't know if it would have the same issue.

Able to access my phone with a broken screen

The screen on my Samsung S20 5G was chipped but I didnt do anything about it. After a few weeks, the screen went all green and wavy and I was unable to access the phone anymore. I wanted get into it one last time so I could ensure everything was backed up, and also perform a factory reset before sending it off to be repaired.Using the Boneelf 3-in-1, I connected my phone to a monitor via HDMI and plugged in a USB mouse. When my phone was first connected, I had the login keypad on my monitor and I had to guess the location of the buttons on the phones screen. I couldnt use my mouse to select numbers. The 2nd hurdle was that I had to click on a "start" button on the phone, to start Samsung Dex. On the expensive side, but it is worth it being as it's metal, well made and sturdy. Has HDMI output port, USB-A and USB-C ports. Easy to connect flash drives to laptop or computer. Comes with leather pouch. Very handy.

Does the job

I purchased this hub to add an extra display to my set up and it worked as expected. Reasonably priced. I had a screen already attached to my laptop using the HDMI and wanted to add a 2nd display, hence needed something that could be connected using USB C. The only drawback is heating. The hub can get very hot particularly if you use the charging port as well. I hope this is fixed in newer models.

Just one problem

Good build quality and colour, nice braided cable, but it has a blue LED lit whenever power is attached. Not bedroom-compatible

Not fully functional

The iPhone charging port doesn’t work so turns out I can’t really charge my phone why my laptops port is being used to connect to adapter.

Sleek design and look, but not the best peformance

Beautifully sleek design and look. Although lacks good performance, often finding it slow and fiddly (mainly the HDMI).For the price point don't recommend purely due to performance. For the style and build of physical product/packaging and leather case was not bad.

Top quality product.

Very good quality product.Build quality is good. Included carry pouch. Which is nice touch but feels overkill. Packaging was also good with magnetic lid box. But again, feels overkill. Price can be a reduced if these extra unnecessary things are not provided. The product itself is top quality.

Worked perfectly

This is a great little tool to connect up your HDMI monitor to a Thunderbolt outlet on new laptops and other usbC devices. It has functioned without fault.

Works for a month or two

Used this to simply have another HDMI port. Lasted two months, then echanged for a new one.The second one also stopped working within a short time...
