I bought these ball bearings about 2 years ago and am still thrilled. With these bearings I drove through rain and dirt, over the dirt roads and roads in my area gecruised. In downhill these ball bearings could also satisfy me. To clean the ball bearings: I have only recently done the first time. 2 bearings were so dirty that I had to turn them with some force, The rest ran mainly still very clean! Therefore, I can recommend these bearings to just about anyone! Very durable, robust and reliable and for this price simply very strong!

-even with regular care, in my opinion, not recommended.have held with me 4 months, with monthly cleaning.-were not the fastest ball bearings.other ball bearings (although kanapp 8 eruro more expensive)have held with me WITHOUT care! 13 months held!and were even then faster than bones after 4 months!-rather invest a few ! euro more, then you have good / better bearings ;-)-- more importantly: form your own opinion ! buy; test; until the optimal bearings are found.

In my opinion, the ball bearings are good in themselves, but I noticed a few shortcomings:I find that the ball bearings are fast, but they just come to the hkd abec 5 ran, which is good, but just not optimal. You can use Speedcream, but what is always so a back and forthIn addition, the ball bearings are quite loud. Also since I have made better experience with Flip hkd ball bearings. All in all, the Reds are relatively good ball bearings, but just nothing really revolutionaryI recommend you there the Flip hkd series :)

I have now bought in my skatelaufbahn determined 5 times the Reds and 3 of the 5 sets were unrideable after some time. After longer skateboarding experience, I have looked at one of my old mode Kugellarer and one of the Reds ball bearings. what direrkt auffliel as I wanted to take them apart is that when you take off the bearingshields at the Reds that one directly the balls come towards me when I then wanted to take off the rubber cover at the back of another ball bearing of the Reds I noticed that this rubber cover holds the balls together which is not the case with many other ball bearings where but still an extra construction holds the balls together. So it is by and large a cheaply manufactured abec 7 ball bearing that there are also under other took much cheaper
The most renowned product in the skate world, not for nothing. Bones knows what matters and gives you the bearings you need. No high-precision, but robust and durable, shock resistant. No frills, but bones reds. You do not need with proper care vast amounts of coal for other raushauen bearings, which really last forever! After the 8th cleaning, the shields are no longer really tight, but that's no big deal. Never again what else!
Bones since 1983. That says it all. No matter if Bones Wheels (Bearings), Independent Trucks etc.. It is the years of experience that make them so indisputably good. Whether for everyday use when skating or in the extreme area such as any events, Contest's race or something like that. Everything is there. But for a normal game of skate among friends, to get with the board from A to B or longboard cruising and downhill races where it is not about (hundredths of seconds) are the Red Bones Top and absolutely recommended and always reliable, if they are also accordingly genuzt and also maintained they keep a good year (even longer) according to my experience. Ps. Whether the ball bearings turn 30 or 90 seconds does not really make a big difference, and certainly not on ... MoreBones since 1983. That says it all. Ps. Whether the ball bearings turn 30 or 90 seconds does not really make a big difference, and certainly not on a longboard. Since the wheels are 15-25mm larger they also roll longer. As soon as the board is loaded also the driving behavior changes, no matter how long the rollers turn. Ps. ALWAYS have a SPACER between the ball bearings that extends the life of the bearings a lot more. Hopefully my little contribution was helpful :)
I absolutely cannot understand why everyone is so enthusiastic about these bearings. I can only think that it's because of the marketing.I have mine now for about 1month and they are already completely in the bucket. They have a noticeable drag and massive bumps on the raceways.I have them regularly cleaned professionally, re-oiled with high-quality oil and they are only driven in the skate hall. I have not even made big drops with the parts. That they are then already so quickly really broken, testifies to pretty inferior quality. When they were brand new, they were not even particularly fast. They were much slower than all the bearings that I have previously owned.Bottom line, there are cheaper bearings that are better. I would rather say buy Zealous ... MoreI absolutely cannot understand why everyone is so enthusiastic about these bearings. They are cheaper than the Reds and are extremely good bearings. Many pros swear by Zealous. They just have an absurdly good price-performance ratio!!!Or you can spend a little more money and buy Seismic 6-Balls. Among the best bearings you can buy.I have had brilliant experiences with both!PS: How long your bearings turn in the \Freespin\ says NOTHING about their performance under load. I just wanted to have noted times, since many people adhere to this misconception.
Hey Com,So I'm driving with the things now longer than 1 year so well around the 15 months. In the beginning, the parts were for me like a dream but they always remain the same good at least if you care for them. For comparison:My skate colleague has ordered them on the same day as me and has also started on the same day as me to drive with it (besides, we have done everything the same so tricks, etc.). His ball bearings he has cleaned 5 months ago the first time and they were gone. Mine in contrast I clean every beginning and end of the month. Point um they are still like NEW.So my conclusion:Who cares for the ball bearings and has always good quality.
U have compared the bearings I received with the ones I bought from the store, Nd they are different. They don't roll as smoothly as the ones I purchased in the store. I'm not sure if it's because they're not genuine or they are used. When you receive them, they come in a box and appear to be genuine, but when you compare them with the original, you can see that they don't roll as smoothly. I'm not going to return them because the effort of returning them outweighs the cost. However, 8 wouldn't purchase them again. It's worth spending an extra 6 to have better quality ones.
