Bonne Maman Damson Plum Conserve 370g

Right lets start by saying this item is certainly not the cheapest jam you can buy but the old saying that you get what you pay pay for is certainly true with Bonne Maman damson pum jam as it is a very high quality product tasting very fruity without the aftertaste of a sugar overload!! Damsons are are very old fashioned fruit but a very tasty one!! worth trying

I give this one star purely on the flavour which is the reason why I buy damson jam. If you're happy with something that is nondescript fruit flavoured sweet and tastes ok, then you may be happy with this. If you actually appreciate damson jam and the tanginess of the damson flavour then you will need to go online and buy an independent damson jam.Waitrose used to do an excellent damson jam which was duchy organic damson jam but unfortunately they've stopped doing it and they haven't replaced it with anything near equivalent.

I used to have to do the mixing for the jam, when my Mom would make this so am happy to get this without having to spend hours making it. Just like my Mom would make it!

I always used to purchase the Bonne Maman preserves a few years ago. The plum preserves were my very favorite, however, hard to find. The prices in the last 2 years have gotten too expensive for me. I started buying Smuckers even though they do not make plum preserves. One day I noticed this jar for $4.49 each and free delivery over $50. I ordered 12 of the jars because I love the flavor. I was really surprised when I received them as I thought they were probably close to out of date, but that was not the case. This was a great purchase.

Great Jam best flavor!

Just great jam, unfortunately some glasses were broken during shipping. The English Tea store refunded me the broken jars with no issues. I will order again. Tastes great, i love the junks and pieces of whole fruits in there!

Plum Heaven

This jar of plum preserves is better, believe it or not, than my sand hill plum preserves I used to go to the river and puck and make myself! I love them! Great job! I can’t find them anywhere in the state of Colorado so have to order them online!

We were gifted a jar

We were gifted a jar of Bonne Maman French Plum Preserves and loved it! Ordered two more online for Father’s Day since it’s now his favorite - whether on biscuits, toast or PB&J. Will always keep an extra jar in the pantry. Don’t ever want to be without it! Excellent preserves!
