This soy milk is just different. Absolutely lovely taste. Its creamy and wonderful frothed on coffee. The only sides are the long distance import (from Japan) and the high price.

Having recently switched to soya milk, I was looking for the best brand. Stumbled upon Bonsoy when I had a coffee at Black Sheep Coffee. Thought they got my order wrong as it tasted like milk. It is really the best soya milk. It tastes good in tea too. I won't drink any other brand of soya milk now.

The experience with Bon Soy led to the insight that Tofu would taste vastly better if I could find some made to a Japanese standard and process. I found Yenson's from Victoria at my local supermarket - Foodland, Pasadena, SA. I sure hope they don't stop stocking it. When folk say, "Yuk, I don't like soy milk or Tofu, I say, 'Well, you haven't tried Bonsoy".

I prefer this milk for everything except tea because it curdles in tea. It does not curdle in coffee. Much nicer in coffee and with cereal compared to other brands. I like the simple ingredients and the high percentage of soya. Would buy more often if not for the price.
Love this soy product. Great in flat whites, lattes or cappuccinos. Best froth, tastes great and organic
The choice of baristas due to its superb froth and not curdling. Brilliant taste. As it is non diary it does not need to be heated higher than 55-59C and doesnt leave a bitter taste with coffee. Brilliant for cooking as is very stable and not zillions of additives. Fantastic soya.
Bonsoy soya milk is, as always, a paragon of perfection, very rich, creamy, doesn't split or overpower my Darjeeling like other brands do. Always my favourite soy brand.
Someone described this as 'not the best out there' ? taste is subjective, but I would love to hear what soya milk they think comes even remotely close to being as tasty as Bonsoy. Yes, it's very expensive (it has a long expiry date, so stock up when it's on sale), but this is on another level. If you are trying to give up cow's milk, or if you are a home barista, this is the one for you. Perfection.
bought this because I've seen baristas use it to make espresso drinks. maybe there's a knack to it but making my own drink, it separated from the coffee. not even that mottled look, it was near total separation. taste is good, just not recommended for making your own lattes/cappuccinos at home.
After going plant based following a health hiccup, I set about trying every plant milk under the sun - almond, oat, coconut, hemp, hazelnut, cashew, tiger nut, multigrain.. and then multiple brands, I found a few that were ok in cereal but they were all too watery for coffee. Then I found Bonsoy - a hallelujah moment! Rich, creamy and delicious - I make lattes every day from it and even take it on holiday! So glad I discovered it!
