My young daughter (age 11) has just started wearing bras and wanted something that wasn't padded, wasn't underwired, had decent straps (not tiny spaghetti straps) and that, importantly, was flesh-coloured so it didn't show under her school top. I have been looking for a comfortable bra for a very long time. Having a broad back and needing a size A cup this has been difficult. Bras that fitted comfortably around my back as well as being small enough in the front, without feeling tight, seemed impossible to find.This bra is fantastic. It doesn’t cut into me anywhere, I feel supported and it has gentle padding. These are so comfortable that I don't wear anything else now! I am planning to replace all my old underwear with these as they are very breathable when its hot, supportive and so comfy I don't notice they are there. I also bought one for my mum to try, and she liked it so much I got her another one. It makes a change that some underwear has been designed that is practical - ie in the breathability of the fabric and colour choice, comfortable - there are no wires to dig in, and that it is planet friendly too - which is no small thing. These are an all round win for me that tick many boxes.

I love everything about the Boody brand. I started out with the cami bodysuit and leggings, in 2020, and my bamboo wardrobe has been evolving ever since. I love that Boody are producing a principal capsule collection of ethical essentials and slowly building up on that collection. Every piece I own is unbelievably soft and comfortable and the customer service is great. Lengthy review, but this brand deserves it. I’ve liberated myself away from regular bras and now exclusively wear the Boody shapers everyday. Perfectly sufficient to support a 34C and even holds up at a vinyasa yoga class. Bravo Boody! A phenomenal product.
I'm loving these. I'm a 30D and cannot wear underwired bras or ones that are tight under the armpits in any way due to cyclical lumpy and painful boobs. Now 40, I've spent years trying to find the right level of support and shaping and desperate for something with a cut that is a bit less frumpy. these are Just low enough to be flattering without mishaping. The back is nice and low too so I'm sure will be fine under vest tops.Generally its all synthetic materials out there which is unbarable in the summer, or cotton lycras that go baggy.The Small is perfect for me. The underband not too tight or loose, and the padded shaper with it's 2 layers of fabric at the front gives more support than the non padded version.The pads are removable which is great and they do ... Even the padded ones could easily be posted 'large letter' rather than as parcels, a huge environmental impact issue around this.Yay to boob health and being kinder to the planet!
This is one of my all time favorite tops I’ve ever owned. It’s incredibly flattering and goes with everything. So comfortable feels like yoga clothing but can wear it anywhere. Very fitted on me but loose enough around waist to not highlight flaws. Could probably go up a size because of bra measurement and get a bit more room around the tummy but I like the fitted silhouette. It doesn’t camouflage everything, I’d wear spank under if I was wearing it to an event, but for everyday it’s great as is. Medium fits perfectly 5’9 165, curvy, 34DDD. Not see through with a nude bra. I’d love to see this shape also in the heavier ribbed stretch fabric. I wear it constantly. Planning to stockpile more of these.
So much comfier than "standard" bras, and the way it's less clingy means I get less sweaty as well (or maybe it's that I sweat the same amount but the bra doesn't soak it all up like the tighter ones do). Shoulder straps are also made of a lovely soft material which was a lifesaver the other week when I sunburned my shoulder and it was too painful to wear normal bras!The support is not great unfortunately (I'm approx an F cup depending on what shop I go to) and you do "jiggle" quite a bit. Great for around the house. Outside of the house, depends what you're doing and what cup size you are...
I bought two of these (Nude 0 and Dark Olive) as I've been getting a bit of irritation under my breasts in the summer months and had read that bamboo would be a good fabric to help wick away moisture. I'll start by saying that I only intend to wear them when at home (lounging or working from home) so I don't need them to be as supportive as if I was going out and about in them. They give a decent enough bit of support, but nowhere near as much as a more structured or underwired bra. I got a size L (I'm 14/16, 38 B/C) and I think the the fit is good. The band isn't too tight and the bra is sitting nicely around my back and shoulders. The material is excellent - extremely soft and feels high quality, and once I'd taken the label out as suggested I could barely feel I ... They’re exactly what I hoped for, very comfortable, no digging in, no riding up and no squashing them uncomfortably together into a shape that nature didn’t intend you to have. The fabric is beautifully soft and once on you really can’t tell you’re wearing it. I think an XL is the size of a 14-16 whereas I’m a 12 and perhaps more suitable would be the L which would fit a large cup size 10 to a smaller cup size 14. As I said, I bough them for comfort so I won’t return these ones, however when I buy more I’ll be buying the L as I feel that will give me more support. At my age, late 50’s, support is a must!So, to sum up, I’d you’re looking for a basic and extremely comfortable bra please don’t hesitate to buy from this company, you won’t be disappointed. I can be very fussy about clothes, particularly against my skin, and these bras have passed my test with flying colours.
I bought my first shaper after a rash appeared during the heat wave caused by underwire. I am really pleased with it. It’s very comfortable and lightweight but gives a good level of support, though I’d quite like the bottom rib edge to be tighter as it can roll up a little. I then bought two more for my daughter to wear after she suffered a very badly broken wrist and it was stretchy enough to get over the injured arm and be comfortable under her sling. All in all a good quality, comfortable, well designed, breathable bra that I’d recommend highly.
