Boon - Suds Bottle Washer

This is the most handy thing for washing bottles. I absolutely love it. The middle part can be easily removed and then you can use it to clean the bottle teats and neck pieces.

Bottle brush does the same for less $ and size

It seemed like a great idea so we registered for this product. When we opened and assembled it, we decided that a bottle brush would do the exact same thing, with less storage space. This might be beneficial for those wash multiple bottles at once (one right after another), but we typically do our dishes as they come and the idea of getting this out and filled with water for one bottle just didn't make sense. We took it back and kept our boon bottle brush.

Gets the job done, but room for improvement

Let's face it, no one enjoys washing bottles. I jumped at the chance to try a product that would make the job easier and less of a chore. More novelty vs function

I was excited to purchase this! Love boon and I spend a lot of time everyday washing bottles and sippy cups. It's fun to use, but it doesn't really do anything that a bottle brush can't. It gets my medela bottles really sudsy, but doesn't work at all on my wide mouth Avent bottles. And it only washes the inside, so I still have a bottle brush in the other hand to wash the outsides and all the other parts of the bottles and sippies.

Not practical.

I purchased this item in hopes that it would make my daily life a bit easier. However, it was actually a waste, I use the comotomo bottles and the bristles on this are not long enough to reach the walls of a wider than usual bottle, so really it doesn't get scrubbed just has soapy water coming down the sides. I tried it with my Medela bottles as well and worked better but I don't see the point of this when it doesn't really clean anything, that's probably not sanitary. I doubt it was meant to thoroughly clean bottles, especially not when you lose a bottle and it ends up with dry milk around it, this will not scrub the bottoms and most definitely will not clean the nipple of the bottle. I will just stick to my handheld old fashion brush.

Ok but...

An ok product. The bristles are soft enough so bottles dont get scratched. The whole idea of the product is great however not an easy product to store away and the top part that hits the bottom of the upside bottle is not designed well, should be a foan tipped end to prevent possible scratching and damaging the aesthetics of the bottle. Bristles need to be a little longer to effectively clean wider bottles.

Quick & Functional

Boon products are great. This was another addition that I'm happy with. Having to wash bottles often during the days makes this quick and seamless process. I think everyone has a different process on washing bottles. I use the basin to throw in the nipples, bottle rings and lids with warm soap water. I'll wash the bottles with the brush and plunger and then rinse everything with in hot water, as hot as I can stand it. Works great for us! The only thing is I wish that the plunger part was about half the size. It makes washing the shorter bottles awkward but it still works I can't complain.

Time-saver, space-saver, water-saver, and ultimate cleaning machine

This is a great product for the price! It fits well in the sink and uses less water than our previous method of washing bottles. And now our bottles are cleaner than ever. It is also easy to use and clean after use. Sometimes, it takes a bit of maneuvering to get smaller bottles to line up correctly on the pump, but it's still not a difficult job. The reservoir is nice for soaking nipples and other small parts. It would be nice if a nipple cleaner was also included.

Worked great at first

This product looked very useful when I first saw it. The product was easy to assemble. The instruction book is very easy to follow. It did a great job of cleaning the bottles (I use Tommee Tippee). You had to go a little slower to make sure the scrubber brush got all the way around the neck of the Tommee Tippee bottles. The plunger did slide a bit if you tried to use the product with one hand. Our bottle washer worked great for the first two days. On the third day of use, it was not bringing water up the plunger from the basin. I am not sure if the spring or plunger broke, but something is not working right. I would like to try this product again.

Works well for what it does

Suds worked pretty well - it definitely shot the water pretty forcefully into the bottom of the cups I was washing, and the brush got better coverage than I thought it would when I first put it together.My biggest issue with this product is that it really only does one thing, and I don't think even fully. It washes the inside of the bottle well (although I didn't try it on anything that was really dried on - it doesn't seem like it would be too easy to hit and scrub a specific spot), but it doesn't really do anything for the outside of the bottle. So, I would still need to wash it with a separate sponge or brush (sticky little hands leave a lot of food on the outside of our cups sometimes : ). It also doesn't wash any of the other parts of the bottle, or come with any things that would. For me, it just takes up too much room and is too expensive to do only one small thing. It really wasn't significantly easier to wash with this than it would have been to wash with my regular boon bottle brush, which washes all of the pieces of my bottles and sippies.
