This is a beautiful serum, made in New Zealand without any alcohol, a major plus for me as I have been medically diagnosed with an allergy to alcohol in skin care. I love the dropper which allows the serum to stay totally uncontaminated in use. It is economical as only a few drops are needed, it spreads and blends beautifully across my face and neck and feels extremely comfortable. I have had no issues with using my moisturisers or makeup with this. It has been dermatologically tested for all skin types and is sulphate, parabens and fragrance free. I really liked using this product as I could see the difference it made to my skin. I usually get a lot of acne and they leave behind scars. This vitamin C serum works really well. I used it consistently in the morning and at night and in two weeks, I saw that the scars became dull. Also, it really works well in giving a glow to your face because my family members also complimented me for glowy skin. Thus I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and its good for anyone who is dealing with dull skin and acne scars. I am going to get another bottle after I am done with this. A must buy product!

Glad to see the product has Vitamin C as well as Niacinamide as this removes one step in my skin care routine and reduces the amount of layering needed.I did notice my skin brightened and firmed slightly when using the product, but I would like to use it more often to see the results over a longer period of time. I found it didn't work too well with my Ordinary moisturiser, but layered okay under makeup (Bobbie Brown). When I first got this serum, it reminds me of The Ordinary, but Australian. I started using this serum three weeks ago. I like the texture of the serum, it's not thick or sticky. It's a great serum as part of my daily morning routine because it goes well with my other skincare. It goes well under my makeup as well. After a week of using this serum, I think my skin was brighter. I also think that my acne marks were fading a little bit after using it for a few weeks. The only thing about this that I don't like was the smell, which smells a bit like plastic. Otherwise, I think it works after using it longer. I recommend this serum for a budget vitamin C.
Being quite familiar with Boost Lab. I have previously used a few of their products. So I was generally pleased to receive a Vitamin C Brightening Serum. I have always worked outdoors in the harsh elements. and have quite a lot of sun damage. This is just what my skin was in need of. Although I recommend not using on acne prone skin as it is very potent. This serum works very thorough. It is ever so easy to disperse from a bottle dropper. I must say my complexion actually looks brighter and my skin tone is much more even. No more dullness or dark spots. I use it morning and night and honestly couldn't be happier with such an effective quality product.

It also has glycerin which is an excellent humectant. 5-10% Niacinamide is said to be effective for brightening, but for Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, amounts above 3% are considered necessary to target hyperpigmentation. I only use a pea size amount during the day straight after cleansing. Patting it into my skin. I let that absorb before using other products. This serum is easy to use and apply, has a milky yellow kind of colour and is thin. It layers well with my other skin care products. You do not need to use a lot because a little goes a long way, two or three drops at most. It does not feel heavy. Overall, I noticed some brightening, it is my first time using a vitamin C product. I feel much more fresh and my face feels much cleaner. I think it is a great product to use for first time users of Vit C serums and it works really well with my sensitive skin. If you use too much it will be sort of tacky and noticeably different but once it dries it is fine. I use it morning and night alongside a cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen. I would recommend it as a good starting point and it does a decent job as a brightening serum.
