Just got this product a few days ago and the price definitely reflects the quality. It is "lightweight" because it's so flimsy and barely holding together. The foam tires have already lost their tread after two uses. Do not waste your money - you are better off forking out the extra $30 to get a quality bike.

Great price, choice of colours and arrived well packaged....what more can you ask for?! Lovely lightweight bike .....looking forward to grandson whizzing around on this, love it!

Disappointment ?faulty or Very Poor quality

This will Not handle 50kg as advertised if it cannot handle half that 25kg and it buckled underMaybe a fault bike but from my experience it is only fit for UNDER 20kgAfter 3 lots of repairs in the first week (no help from seller) it is fit for my 2 year old to ride at around 13 kgs it handles well.The bike is super light and metal thin and bike feels flimsy.Wish I had not been taken in with supporting up to 50kgs .. that info is Very Very WrongBe waryIt has been much trouble I wish I had avoided

Don’t waste your money

Absolute junk, so cheap and nasty it’s not even rideable by my two year old, the whole frame is just far too cheaply put together and isn’t sturdy at all.

Flimsy buckles under 25 kg child

WARNING This does not support a 25 Kilo child framed buckled and wheel fell off without an hour of gentle play.It is flimsy and poor construction. Great balance bike

Awsome bike for toddler to help learn to ride a bike.Sturdy, light weight bike and love that it has adjustable handles and seat as my toddler is quite tall for their age.

Lesson learned

I bought this hoping for something that would last a couple of months for the bargain price of $35. It didn't make it through 10 minutes - see below. But the real lesson for me is - don't assure yourself that because it's under the Bunnings name that they will give you the easy refund service you are used to. I was told at the customer service desk they have nothing to do with it, it is entirely between the customer and the 3rd party seller. I said the seller's refund policy seemed a bit hard to meet (unopened package, claim within 14 days of making the order etc) but he said that's the policy you'll have to go by, because Bunnings aren't involved. Within their rights I suppose - so ask yourself before you buy from Bunnings Marketplace - if it didn't have the Bunnings name on it would you still buy this product? You might have better luck than me, but in my experience it's not worth the hassle. I'll now be trying my luck with a refund with the seller - glad it was only a $35 item. So, the bike, apart from the missing retaining washer on one wheel, and the big effort needed to pry apart the forks to fit the wheel hubs in, and the questionable 28cm height wheels (be aware that includes the tyre, it's not the rim like I thought) and the impossible claim of a 50kg rider - the final straw was when my boy rode it a couple of minutes - the seat kept on falling right down, loose. The crappy quick-release seat clamp wouldn't tighten enough to hold a seat, and the more you pre-tighten it before closing the cam-lock, it just gets beyond finger tight, which tells me it will probably become threaded soon enough.

cheaply made

I previously purchased the milano balance bike from the warehouse but its now a deleted item so I got this one. similar shape size and price but this one's quality is shocking. the seat and handle bar adjustment cant be put low as seat and bar both hit wheels. the bolts cant be done up tight enough and my child is only 19kgs and it says it takes up to 50kg but when he sits on it seat drops after tightening as much as i can. very disappointed in this model and wish you still had the other one.
