If I could rate this with "0" stars I would. I was so disappointed when I opened this. It is so flimsy, and wouldn't hold any weight to speak of. I would not recommend this.

This is the most space saving tool I have in the workshop. It is the best for using a plunge saw and track due to the expandability to any size that works. I built a work bench for the track saw because most of my work requires cutting 4 x 8 sheets of plywood into pieces for the plan. When I assemble the project is it perfect and when I cut it it is accurate. When I fold it up it is small and storable so my shop size grows. And it holds 6000 pounds!!. I highly recommend!

Love this thing for a mobile base. I put a 4'x8' sheet of 2.5" insulation foam on top for ripping down plywood. Only complaint is that it opens to more than 4'x8', and it is a balancing act at times, keeping the foam board from rocking off the edge. Otherwise, no complaints.

I bought the 4x8 version of the Centipede for breaking down sheet goods using a track saw. I used to do this on the floor using a sheet of 1” foam board. That works fine, but my old knees and hips figured it was time for a change. The Centipede table brings the work up to a comfortable height and makes it much easier for me. The table is ridiculously quick to deploy and take down. It is also plenty strong and stable for this purpose. Takes up much less space than saw horses. Bora stuff is a bit pricey, but very well made, therefore good value in my opinion.

Used the centipede for the first time to cut Sheetrock. It worked great. The centipede size is greater than 48 x96. That is makes laying 4 x8 sheetgoods harder to load.
I really like this system for my shop. I have a area in the middle that i install a temporary workbench which usually is two saw horses and a piece of plywood. The centipede does the same thing and it is so easy to set up and breakdown.The only somewhat negatives is the surface you place the centipede on needs to be pretty flat. Also the quick clamps don't work well. Instead of using them, i picked up some quick micro vise clamps which did the job just fine. Since the micro clamps are just for holding the plywood down to the centipede you can get them cheap at harbor freight for this purpose.
This is a very slick design and can take a beating. It is very handy to have, I keep one in my pickup tool box at all times and there's still room for my belt and everything else I keep in there regularly, it makes it very easy to setup a large work surface in seconds. I am very likely to buy more for my other work vehicles.
The centipede is so sturdy You Can Dance on top of it. U.S.T.F. has great customer service.
I bought this to use as a panel cutting base when ripping down sheet goods with a track saw. Using a piece of 2" rigid foam as a top, this is perfect application. And it's portable.
