A decent quality product but the two handed operating triggers require far to much pressure to activate the cutting mechanism resulting in frequent rests. The box also crumpled an torn, patched up with sellotape. Would not buy again.

I like the solid feel of the Star Lock System, all the energy gets transferred to the blade. Little vibration to the user, has a quality feel, and the range of speeds is well calibrated.

This is the second Bosch multitool i have bought. I still have and use the first one and bought this one for my son. I have found it to be great for house and boat repairs and renovations. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that my original tool has a vacuum connection which has been left off the current tools. The Vacuum connection on the original tool doesn't work very well, but Bosch could have improved it rather than leaving it off altogether.
Great little tool for doing those small fiddly jobs without having to buy a whole range of different tools. I was a little surprised by the cost of buying extra attachments but I probably should have checked that out before I bought it.

If there is one tool you should own, this is the one. I used this to trim down some laminate flooring that was already down, it saved the hassle of having to take up other parts of the floor. The cut was accurate and straight and done in minutes. A very good all round tool that should be in your toolbox.
Generally a good tool just the starlock limitations are frustrating, I purchased starlock max blades to suit the job but they don't fit and there is no adaptor. this till works with the non max blades fine.
I bought this brilliant tool an boy it's an amazing tool. Does so many different things, went through door frames like butter an limanate fitted the best I've ever done. Would definitely recommend
