Needed saw blade for m.d.f. the description on this package tells exactly what it can be used for on the back it shows the whole range of Bosch blades and its intended uses, other retailers dont display this information on line.
I just bought this blade for general purpose. I have used it to cut 1/4inch thick 6061T6 aluminium plate and it works a treat!
I use this blade for cutting segments for woodturning and this blade is used solely for this job and this blade works perfectly
This is a good mid range saw pitched nicely between the cheap and cheerful and the professional saw blades. Ideal for the handyman who needs a good blade for occasional use
Perfect for what I wanted, had a ruining drop saw which I couldn’t get a multi tooth saw for, so got this Bosch which had a insert adapter ring, worked a treat
Don’t usually like to be negative but spend more money and get a blade that will last. This blade I replaced on a table saw and the original Bosch professional blade is far superior. Only had a couple weeks and regretting. Last blade I got approx 24 months. This will be lucky to last 6 and is already rough on the cuts. I guess you get what you pay for.
I was experiencing melamine face chip-out with even a 100 tooth blade, so decided to try this one that is specifically for particle board & MDF. It solved the problem immediately & I am extremely happy with it.
