We purchaced our new Bosch Diswasher after our 20 year old Bosch finally called it a day. It was a basic model with basic functions, It was sturdy although it became a bit noisy as it got older. After receiving the new one which Iwas also basic with similar functions, I found that when I opened the door it seemed like it was sticking so you tend to pull the whole unit forward. The top tray also seems to have a type of suction when fully in which also requires a firmer opening, Yet the bottom tray is just on rollers which do not run in a track, so when you open it slightly too far it just falls off into the opened door. It is very quiet and washes and dries well.

We had a Technika which had had a few issues over the years - but had lasted almost 10 years. It finally decided to stop and a few simple repairs were not enough. We looked at the Kelvinator and Miele - one a few hundred $ below - one a few hundred above - the Bosch. The Technika often didn't seem to do the job that well and used copious quantities of Finish. The Bosch seemed to be a good compromise. The Bosch was relatively easy to install and does a good job. Items are dry and clean after use. We've tried a few setting (eg Auto etc) but have settled on ECO. It has one curious thing - when finished it just turns off - no beeps (thankfully) or flashing lights. It is a good looking machine and is the size quoted. I like the wine glass set-up - easy removal. I paid on Zip - which gives 6 months interest free - so no initial large payment - BUT - you must pay it off in time. To date (touch wood) it has been very good - low noise and easy access/action. VERY easy to use - it remains on the last setting so no need to reset every time. It looks a top quality whitegoods item - unlike the previous one whose shelves actually rusted and bits fell off.

I installed a Bosch Dishwasher 13 years ago. Had one service call just outside the guarantee period after which it performed perfectly for the next 11 years until the water control mal functioned. I checked out the price of the Bosch current similar model and found it was the same as I paid 13 years ago so decided to buy it. It was easy to install and program. It is so quiet you have to put your ear against it to check it's running. The first couple of washes have given excellent results with clean streak - free finish to crockery and cutlery. I am sure the washer will continue to perform well for many years to come. One tiny point it doesn't tell you how long before the wash ends also I can't install the Home Connect App as the Android OS has to be 7 or higher.

While the dishwasher does a reasonable job, although noisier than previous, after 6 weeks of use it is still smelling fishy bad! so much so I wish I hadn't bought it. The filter is pristine as dishes are rinsed before placing in the machine. I got in touch with Bosch and was advised to use Finish Dishwasher Cleaner which was a waste of $10. I have tried 3 different brands of powder/tablet to no avail. Had no problem with previous (different brand).
I was looking for a white dishwasher to go with my newly installed white kitchen cupboards. My other criteria included a dishwasher that is easy to operate, quiet operation, has flood protection and reliable brand for post sale servicing. This dishwasher met all my selection criteria. It looks great with my white cupboards and performs well and is amazingly quiet compared to my old dishwasher. the Good Guys after sale service of delivery, installation of new dishwasher and removal of old dishwasher all went smoothly also
Is giving a good wash. Much quieter than my last washer... I didn't realise how much extra noise the last one was making before it finally washed its last dish. This one is whisper quiet in comparison. I had to find a White Noise app to fill in the void. It doesn't have the Big Knife Holder which the last one had... a small inconvenience. Do I now wash my Big Knives by hand, as we are all urged to do with quality cutting impements? Of course not, I just fit them into the Bosch as best I can. Also, this Bosch came with an extra divider in the glass shelf, which we have removed (easily, just clips off) because our wine glasses are too big to fit. However , this says more about our relationship with alcohol than it does about the dishwasher design. It is nice and ... MoreIs giving a good wash. Much quieter than my last washer... However , this says more about our relationship with alcohol than it does about the dishwasher design. It is nice and shiny, it washes well... I recommend it if it's in your price range. Did you see that some of the dishwashers are $4000? What can they possibly do that this Bosch doesn't do? It's not as if they unpack themselves. If I spent that much on a dishwasher then I'd expect it to also make the beds and clip the garden hedges.
Nice looking machine washes beautifully once you work out how to program it. I wanted something simple and easy to use. I also wanted a sterilisation program this is excellent but takes some hours too long I think
Looks good. Nice and quiet. Not sure how useful the WiFi feature is - probably won't use that apart from initial setup of Favourite. One slight negative so far: We connected the dishwasher to our instantaneous hot water service - but the dishwasher's inlet flow rate is not sufficient to trigger the hot water heating function - therefore the dishwasher is running on cold water.
This is a SUPER quiet machine that does what you need it to do. I bought it to replace our old one and now I regret not buying the model with the cutlery tray in the 'roof' of the machine - I didn't know I would miss it so much! That's a really great feature. The guy who did the installation and removed the old Bosch was a total professional, quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He is proud to work for the company which is a really good sign.
I gave this 2 stars because it dries excellently. But that's the only thing going for it. Bosch may have a good reputation for quality, but if this dishwasher is anything to go by, it's not quality of design. It's like they had a competition for who could come up with the most impractical design. 13 places, non-movable cutlery basket, fixed height shelves, normal sized cups and glasses don't fit under the utnsils flip down shelf... Unfortunately, when I was buying, I placed too much importance on good drying and so didn't really properly consider what else mattered (altho, I did assume practical design - I mean it's 2022, some of these things should be standard!), and I got a bit impulsive when I saw Bosch was having a sale. Wish I could get my money back.
