I used some of the Assist functionality of this oven to great results. Chicken portions were cooked perfectly, tender and juicy inside while crunchy on the outside.Why the 3 star review? One issue is with the maintenance of the steam functionality. Before buying this product, I know there is a 1 litre reservoir. I thought I could just leave the water tank in there and only need to fill it up when it's empty. "If there is water on the cooking compartment floor when operating the appliance at temperatures above 120 °C, this will damage the enamel."Honestly I don't know why such a great feature requiring so much maintenance after each use. An oven with steaming feature should be built to withstand steam and residue from it.

We bought and installed this oven as part of a new build and was delighted with the level of functionality that it comes with. Our first surprise was the WiFi connectivity. Dinner cooked but have to go run some errands? No worries. Pop it in the oven before leaving home and remote heat it 10 minutes before getting home. 4D Hot air evenly heats and bakes turn out the way we expect it to all the time.
