Bosch Easygrasscut 23 Brush Cutter Green

Effectiveness:Good customer service. Terrible productFunctionality:After 15 mins of first time use, the device stopped working. Smoke coming out of the motor. Dissapointed with product even though coming from renowned brand. To claim warranty, Bosch personnel is quick with reply. But now have to send it back to authorised agent to fix... Consider where the nearest agent is before you buy!

Bought this after my 3 years B&D out of service. Delivery was fast & received in good condition. Love how it can be dismantled to be kept in minimal space. Motor is strong, in fact stronger than my B&D, but of course at the cost of higher vibration & more noisy. But still, its doing it job well.

quite powerful cutter, able to cut tall grass and weed rather easily but with patience. the 6m line felt short, definitely need extension, rod length is fixed non adjustable, second handler too are fixed and also the head, if you want a 2in1 trimmer and edger, can add rm80 more to get other brand that offer 2in1. spool quite easy to break but acceptable, maybe if use 2.4mm cuts better and more durable

Bought this with price RM137, 12.12 SALES. satisfied with this trimmer. eventhough i have used it for about one hour, it's still ok, the motor is not hot when we touch it. and.. i continue to another one hour.. still ok.. Thank you for the 3 free gifts. oohh ye.. nanti kene beli wayar pemotong dia ek kalau habis.. Seller punyer respon juga terbaik.

This is so good

I decided I needed to use a strummer on my grass as it is very long after all the rain in the last few weeks. I have a BOSCH expensive battery strimmer, but needed a Corded on as the battery would go flat. This one's strimmed all the grass and it looks great. I will use it a lot.I did a click & collect, had the message to say it was ready before I got in the car. Easy to collect at Leighton Buzzard,

Uses a lot of cutting line

Lightweight and reasonably straightforward to put together but I'm struggling to get used to it. It can be easy to clip an edging stone or drain cover and snap the cutting cord so I expect to be using a lot more reels than with my previous model. Having to turn off the power and remove the base plate to pull out another length of cord is also a real pain as I was used to a self-feeding cord previously. However I have realised that only exposing 2-3 cms rather than the width of the base means it seems less likely to snap so hopefully it won't happen as often.
