Amazing product, well built and fit for purpose
These new GET Sanders have replaced the old GEX 150 TURBOS. They're much more compact than the old GEX with a much slimmer body grip and with better balance.The forced rotation turbo mode is doing a great job so far with rapid removal on rough timbers and removing old finishes. Works equally well as a light compact polisher in this mode too - the real reason I bought this machine.In random orbital mode, working through grits it leaves a near as damn it swirl free finish.All in all, this type of dual action sander, for this kind of money, I can't recommend it highly enough.The pad is an upgrade from the GEX too as it has lots of small holes all over the place for dust extraction rather than the 6 on the old GEX. I've noticed dust extraction is better as a result plus it means you can use a variety of sending discs and meshes not just Bosch specific 6 hole one's.If I rack my brain to find a negative, I would say I'd prefer if it came with an l-boxx (just came in a carton/cardboard box) and there's no on tool storage for the allen wrench.
