Very good stand takes a fair bit of assembly though. It's also a little bulky but the trade off is outstanding stability and the extendable supports don't waiver. This stand is ideal for medium/larger jobs where you have a central saw station. Highly recommend.

I have one of these and a great addition to my 12" saw its a bit fiddly to line up the bolts on the saw base but thats all once assembled its awesome and it saves all that lifting and stability issues you might have I do have one complaint and that is they don't have any protection on either the front leg of the stand when its collapsed or the back where you might and will be loading it in your van or into a site like they do on the table saw stand I have modified mine by fixing strips of composite plastic in the back like the table saw and on the front leg have used some old vacuum hose sliced and fed over the top of the front tube and held on with gaffer tape and this works a treat also have done this to the tale saw as it also has no protection on the front stand ... MoreI have one of these and a great addition to my 12" saw its a bit fiddly to line up the bolts on the saw base but thats all once assembled its awesome and it saves all that lifting and stability issues you might have I do have one complaint and that is they don't have any protection on either the front leg of the stand when its collapsed or the back where you might and will be loading it in your van or into a site like they do on the table saw stand I have modified mine by fixing strips of composite plastic in the back like the table saw and on the front leg have used some old vacuum hose sliced and fed over the top of the front tube and held on with gaffer tape and this works a treat also have done this to the tale saw as it also has no protection on the front stand when collapsed

A very well built and perfect partner for any mitre saw that isn't permanently fixed to your workbench. I have lugged Makita and Bosch mitre saws around over the years and pinched fingers and hurt my back because my previous stands needed 2 people to (comfortably) move them around without swinging open or digging into me.This can be taken through a standard door frame, downstairs (carefully) and moved around with ease.It is easy to attach and detach the saw and only falls short on not having prop stays for the timber supports at full extension. It copes with an 8ft 4"post but will need a prop underneath the arms for anything over.I bought one for my dad because I felt guilty about mine being so easy to move lol.

Excellent 10/10
Just brilliant - the stand gave me the reason to buy the Bosch saw. They are perfectly matched. I can now easily use the saw wherever I need it. I can take the saw to the job not the other way round. My only reservation has been my inability to register the stand with Bosch. I appears that it does not exist on their drop down menu of tools to register. If you have an answer to this issue please contact me. Definitely the best mitre saw stand on the market.
This is a great piece of kit, very happy with it. Well built and robust with a great folding action.
