Well I must say that why we never purchased this oven sooner is beyond me. We had been using our previous fab forced oven for some time with really in consistent cooking. The Bosch HBG675BB2A has changed our lives literally. It is so quiet you wouldn't know it was on. The cooking is precise and fast. Every recipe in the manual is spot on from cooking roasts, cakes and grilling. The energy efficiency is spot on, and couped with our BOSCH induction stove, PVS675FB5E, our cooking is a breeze. There is no residual heat that affects other appliances and technology in the touch panel is so easy to use. We've always trusted Bosch for our product line as the quality and innovation is spot on. Recommend highly.

Unfortunately i was offered a upgrade, which was in fact a downgrade on what i had originally ordered, without checking prior to delivery and installation, cause frankly i would have waited for the iven i had ordered for 3 months, to get what i wanted. Unfortuanetely my last two buys from appliances online have been messed up big time, after using them for at least 10 years. Pity the service has declined as was a great place to buy appliances, next time i need something will have to look at different options. The oven itself is great, and love the pyrolytic option, although have inly used once, and next time would run through the day. Other options are easy to use, and cooks evenly. I do love this oven, it cooks well. It is overkill for my needs really as I can't work out all the bells and whistles on it and it honestly took me days to work out how to just turn it on! I am older though and maybe that is the reason. But I use the one programme for cooking and that does me. The rails are nice and smooth and I ADORE that the outside doesn't get hot plus the child proof lock is great for my little 4 year old grandson who is obsessed with knobs and buttons, brilliant! I use it mostly for making bread, cakes, scones etc and have yet to cook a roast in it but I'm sure it will be awesome for that. Baking seems quite even.

Our family loves this product as it completes our food choice and as this particular function is "Made in Germany" and is true to every bit of craftsmanship. This oven is our centre in the kitchen, complimented by the Bosch Cooktop and Dishwasher which washes all the mess after finishing meals. Highly recommended product.
When our current oven suddenly stopped working, we didn't hestitate in our decision to purchase a new Bosch appliance. We had a series 8 which we purchased two years ago in a previous home and we found it amazing. We found that it cooked so evenly especially when baking cakes. Because it cooks so evenly you never have to rotate trays whilst cooking. Also the self cleaning function (pyro) is fantastic, along with the telescopic tray rails it makes this oven a great addition to our kitchen. Highly recommended.

Now to the oven - tbh any oven would probably have been a big step up from our old one, but this is genuinely the goods. Telescopic runners allow easy access when moving hot dishes, and the consistency of cooking right through the oven has to be seen to be believed. Cooking biscuits is just incredible with no cracking, uneven browning etc. The user interface is quite good, just have to remember to take the next step and actually hit start after selecting the mode and temperature! Good oven. No problems. Difficulties are the setting selector circle finds my partners work-hardened fingers very difficult to register his adjustments. Also, we were thankfully advised to very first set the time from someone else's review. However, if you muck up putting in the time, you have to turn the oven off at the main power box and leave for many hours to clear the time and memory. You can't just clear and do again. Otherwise, no problems.
We put in a new kitchen 3 weeks ago with all new appliances (Bosch and Smeg) of which this is our favourite Even cooking is fantastic and best baked potatoes ever. Great looking appliance with single control that can be difficult to operate as doesn't always respond to touch as it should. Telescopic runners can't be adjusted which is definite negative. We use oven daily and overall am very happy with performance despite negatives above.

You can't see what's on the screen while you're turning it because you have to use more than one finger to get it to turn and your hand covers the screen. Its just poor design. Looks great though. I also wish the timer stayed on the main screen but after you set a timer it goes back to the timer that counts up from when you turned it on, and you have to push the timer button every time you want to see what your timer is at. Its not too too self explanatory to figure out how to use it but easy enough if you're happy to read a manual (which my husband isnt, so now I'm stuck doing all the cooking!). OMG! Best oven we have ever owned or operated and loving the fact that's in our kitchen and purchased at an attractive price which wasn't over expensive and fits most family budgets. Jammed pack with lots of features, easy to use, operates very quietly and heats up very quickly. Comes with the four shelves, one tray and few racks for everyday cooking requirements. Oven shelves have stoppers half way so when sliding your racks out, the racks actually stop way and prevents the whole rack from tilting forward, losing balance, spoiling your food, making spillage or mess and most imporantly prevents yourself from getting burnt, such a simple thing but makes a huge difference. Cooked our first lamb roast after a few days being installed and cooked to perfection, can't wait to cook the pork roast now and sample the crackling etc. Haven't used many of the features yet but absolutely looking forward to the opportunity. Love when you turn the oven on and all the menu options on the front light up, love the clock, timer, settings options, child lock feature, beeping sound, quiet and smooth door when opening and closing, internal light and most importantly love the black slick posh appearance and feel that our oven gives and shows-off when positioned right underneath our black gas cook-top with 5 burners and near our black dishwasher. Our kitchen looks insane and love all of our Bosch Applicances which were all purchased online, delivered super fast in a few days and purchased with some great cash back reward offers making the price very affordable.
