Bosch Powerpack 500 Frame, 500Wh

Intermittent problems with connections for two years. Then the battery fails after 500 kms and no warranty support. Unbelievable!

Battery was not faulty

As it turns out we purchased a battery and charger on recommendation by telephone conversation.The battery we had would not charge.As it turns out the battery was fine but the charger we had was faulty.So now we have two batteries.

Just now been able to try the new Bosch PowerPack 500 battery on my FatSix Haibike - battery fits like it’s supposed to was delivered on time and appears to be what I needed. It was a pleasure dealing with Scooteretti you guys were great! Thank you

Bosch PowerPack 500 Purchase

Hi , this being my first purchase with Scooteretti , I can only give them full marks for the whole process . The purchase of the 2 Bosch PowerPack 500's did involve Human Conversation regarding questions that I had and they responded quickly and respectfully with the knowledge to address my concerns . The Batteries were packaged and labelled properly to arrive in perfect condition from Ottawa to Alberta . I will deal with Scooteretti again based on this experience . Good value replacement

Replacement for 5 year old original from first bike purchase which has decreased in power output over time. Exact copy, this battery was good value for money.

High Quality Product

Genuine Bosch product used as supplementary battery for my e-Bike. Has more power than the original 40 W battery. Delivery from Scooteretti was seamless and fast.

Works good so far. Comes with partial charge which was a relief since Bosch recommends storing batteries with about 20% charge. Bosch batteries can last 10 years with minimal power loss if taken care of. Purchased during the March member sale and had it shipped to my local REI. I didn't want it to get damaged or lost during shipment to my home as that seems to happen too often these days. REI was the only retailer I could find offering a discount on one of the most expensive batteries out there. The 20% off made for a decent savings. Also covered by REI's generous return policy for 60 days. If something is defective I can take to my local store for a refund with no hassle. I charged it up and locked it into my Bosch system and it was good to go. So far I am getting ... MoreWorks good so far. Speedy delivery and a perfect fit!

I had loaded up my new Benno on the back of my camper, battery removed, when the 2022 spring rains returned. Just as I was wondering how to protect the exposed contact points, I received a message from Mike at OHM wondering if I needed a battery pin protector! I said I sure did, but that I was leaving town that day. He shipped it to my destination address and it arrived in less than 24 hours! It’s a perfect fit, and the service was flawless.
