Bosch Series 2 Freestanding Dishwasher SMS2ITI02A

My title might be a bit much because I haven't tested any others in the price range, but by looking at other dishwashers specs this really is a great all rounder. The cleaning part is great but what I think sets it apart is that when using 'budget' tablets on a quick auto wash it cleans perfectly. On more intense washes like pots and pans feature it's next level. However I would expect this from others too I guess but what others don't have is the smart app feature at first I thought this might be a gimmick but I use it a fair bit, for e.g. once the washer is loaded I don't start it but wait till the sun is shining to make use of our solar panels, however when I'm at work a simple delay timer might not work out as planned, so I can easily check my solar app, sun is ... MoreMy title might be a bit much because I haven't tested any others in the price range, but by looking at other dishwashers specs this really is a great all rounder. The first time connecting to the app took over a minute and I had to be on the same wifi but after that it has been perfect. Also has a quiet mode which you can use during a cycle it works but the machine is already very quiet. And there is an little accessory you can buy for around $30 which is like a little shower head and how it works is you can completely remove the top basket plug in the shower head and you have a huge space to wash really large items and trays etc. (I haven't tried this yet but will soon)

no regrets purchasing this dishwasher . Extremely silent , have to really listen in to hear the noise . plenty of space for your dishes. Washes very well , no issues with food residue .Good thing is turns off by it self when finished , also set the delay time for washing . Plenty of features to play with including use of app. I prefer to use the buttons on the machine . can easilly dismantle the strainer and filter to clean , not to mention it has self cleaning features one minus point , dishwasher slightly protrudes out slightly because of the shape , doesnt sit in flat into under bench. is fine by me as the silence and performance of this Bosch dishwashing machine especially offsets everything else.

After battling with an Asko for 5 years, replacing 2 x control panels at $400+ per time I bit the bullet and ordered a Bosche, having had a great experience with a washing machine. It’s so simple to use manually (I haven’t bothered to download the app to control remotely). The 1 hour cycle is perfect and everything comes out sparkling. I like the configuration of the racks, which is great for wineglasses in the top and large plates in the bottom. It’s quiet and efficient. My only criticism would be that the bottom rack comes off the guides easily and needs a jiggle to get in place. This is partly a design fault with our kitchen as the dishwasher is in an awkward corner so we stack it from the side rather than front on.
