I happened to be one of those people with really tiny ears ... and the Quiet Comfort Earbuds III Alternate Sizing Kit is just PERFECT for me! ... I use the x-small tips which make the earbuds fit perfectly and COMFORTABLY! The sound quality of the Earbuds II are without question amazing ... so, increasing the comfort level when I wear them was the only thing I needed to take them over the top. I LOVE these earbuds!
I bought these a few weeks back to replace a cover I lost on my Noise Cancelling earbuds. I was very thankful that they were offered as a separate purchase. Thanks BOSE!

Turns out, I just need very large silicone spacers for the ideal fit.I like the quality of the earbuds, but when they keep sliding out, it made me revert back to a discount budget pair which included extra-large silicone.I know this review is subjective, as fit and feel is personal to each individual. These worked excellently -for me-, and solved my problem entirely. They may not work the best for you.Why 4 stars? These add-ons should've been included with the product in the first place. But what was I going to do -- toss aside a brand new multi-hundred dollar earbud purchase because I was too cheap to buy an add-on?Also, they didn't have my color, so now my earbuds are black ... Was hopeful that the extra large would keep the buds in my ears because the audio and mic quality is SO, SO good but alas no. They still fall out while jogging :-(
I received my Bose Earbuds as a Christmas gift. I ordered these same day. After several weeks I called and inquired and the agent who spoke more than listened said they have no record of this order and that they wouldn’t allow them to be ordered if the earbuds were not purchased from Bose directly. They were purchased from the Bose store on Amazon and she told me multiple times that Bose does not sell on Amazon. Since they didn’t fit well and the return day was approaching they had to be returned. I just received this sizing kit last week! 3 months later and aren’t said I wouldn’t get them at all. Awful experience. Thanks Bose.
