I recieved these incredible Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I purchased them through the Insiders as a product review campaign. I had been looking for new ear buds for quite some time, as I have trouble finding ones that are comfortable for my small ears and have a long battery life. As a nanny and home manager, I frequently want use earbuds during the day when not with children but cleaning, etc. These Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds have proven to be even better than I expected. They have multiple different earpiece tips so I could select ones that fit my ear. I’ve found this feature perfect for if I’m washing dishes or cleaning at work while a baby is sleeping, and I want to listen for any sounds on the baby monitor or heaven forbid (if you’re a parent or caregiver, you’ll understand this) - a knock on the door or the dog barking 😂I have integrated these earbuds into my daily life, using them to take video meetings, watch tv, listen to music and also practice daily meditations at nighttime without interference of the noisy world around me.

I have worn these earbuds for 2-3 hours at a time and never did my ears feel any fatigue during or after as I've experienced on other in ear headphones and earbuds.The one tiny downside of my earbuds is that when watching my TV in front of my treadmill the earbuds dont have much volune and i havent found how i can take conttol if the volume of the actual buds whike connected to the tv unit but this is a small issue really asI rarely use headphones on my treadmill.The bottom line is I'm thoroughly happy with my Bose earbuds and enjoy using them as they seem to have given new life to my music and workouts.I will definitely keep my eye out for more Bose products in the future when shopping for audio products.

The app allows for a high level of personalization, enabling me to configure the earbuds to suit my preferences. Admittedly, there are a few features touching on call quality and a couple of issues with touch controls that indeed need some time for improvement, but I would go ahead and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable audio solution.

Well the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds definitely changed my opinion, especially for listening to music. The sound they produce is fantastic and far superior to my Bose wired earbuds (and it is nice to finally not have to worry about inadvertently catching the wires on something!). I love most genres of music and they all sound fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the full, high quality sound and deep bass for my favorite genre, progressive rock. The noise canceling feature makes listening to music substantially better by drowning out surrounding noises (but it is nice to have the ability to "turn off" the noise canceling feature when the situation merits).I appreciate the ability to adjust the fit based on your inside ear size which makes them also very comfortable to wear (I had them on for over 3 hours the other day and no discomfort at all). They are also not too clumsy looking when wearing. For the sound they produce I would have expected something a little more bulky. The touch controls on the earbuds themselves took a little getting used to, and were frustrating at first. This is in part due to the wide variety of adjustments and options available on the earbuds. Watching the "How-To" videos that Bose provides definitely helped. I also like the convenience to use voice controls to adjust volume and advance tracks.The charging case is nice, and I particularly like the way the earbuds fit snuggly and are held in place with tiny magnets (ensuring they are in the proper position for charging). Speaking of charging, I last used them for about 7 hours before I felt the need to recharge the earbuds.The Bose QC Earbuds app works great too and is necessary to take full advantage of the earbuds (e.g., the EQ feature). Just one note of warning; the app only works for iOS 15 or above. So us old-timers with an iPod Touch that can't accommodate iOS 15 and above can't install and use the app solely on the iPod (but you can still concurrently use the app on your iPhone).If you particularly enjoy listening to all types of music, I highly recommend a pair of the Bose QC Earbuds. You won't be disappointed. The sound is just simply fantastic and pure Bose!

The earbuds connect to to the app very quickly and seamlessly, and stay connected even while away from any wifi Hotspot. This product is pleasing in appearance, easy to maintain, and durable. I have some concern regarding the finish material, especially the white color. There is a chance that they will show signs of wear or scuff marks somewhat more quickly. This chance is obviously reduced with a darker color, but the finish, while appealing, may not hold up as well over time. Overall, this is a top quality product and will provide outstanding performance regardless of type of music, audio book, or podcast being enjoyed.

The different modes lend themselves excellently to different scenarios, enabling me to completely block out or be mildly aware of my surroundings.For me, the customisation is a real stand out feature of these headphones. The app is easy to navigate and allows me to really pinpoint my sound preferences, whether that be for different genres of music, podcasts or watching films on long journeys. The sound quality has been exceptional, including phone calls in very noisy environments.Bose haven’t overstated the battery life. True to their word I’ve only had to charge them a few times a week with regular usage. My only slight gripe is with the case; it would benefit from some sort of rubberised coating to give it a bit more grip and less likely to slip out of my hand, but that’s me really nitpicking! Overall, I’m very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfortable headphones that sound great and stay put!

The out of box ones fitted me perfectly and are comfortable to wear.- The charging case is a decent size but a weird shape. Given it my go to Headphone test of Enya - Caribbean Blue and some other tracks eg piano, classical and rock which feels immersive.- I wasn't sure about the touch controls initially but have configured them to my liking via the QCE app and starting to get the hang of them --- can adjust volume, skip tracks, pause, answer/ end calls etc... all the usual commands you'd expect.- Used the earbuds a few times now during a gym workout paired with my Apple iPhone 15 pro Max and Watch Ultra 2. Impressed with sound quality and stability of earbuds whilst doing cardio workouts on treadmill and elliptical trainer. Blocked out noise of the machines and others nearby… was able to go fully Rocky montage in my own private bubble. Despite sweating, the earbuds stayed firmly in place during workout.Overall a great all rounder set of earbuds. Very pleased.

These earbuds are phenomenal and I’m glad to replace my much loved QCE 1st gens; the size, improved noise cancellation and in ear comfort far exceed the concession of the case, and the cases smaller size is itself a bigger benefit. See photos for comparisons. I always loved Bose noise cancelling and the audio quality I’ve found to be better than other brands, and these are no exception, I’d highly recommend these.
I am very happy with the fit. I think the stability bands were a great idea and make what is a fairly bulky device far more stable than I would have expected. I was also pleasantly surprised by the noise cancellation, it's still not as effective as the noise cancellation of my 4+ year old Bose 700s, but it does work in some specific use cases while still letting in some annoying frequencies (even after running a successful seal test). If you're a smaller person with small ears (I'm 5'9" with fairly average ears from what I can tell) I do not believe these will work for you. I fear these may have been subject to the common failure of western designers using QA testers who tend towards the average american male traits.The software customization is very ... If you're a smaller person with small ears (I'm 5'9" with fairly average ears from what I can tell) I do not believe these will work for you. I fear these may have been subject to the common failure of western designers using QA testers who tend towards the average american male traits.The software customization is very disappointing. No matter what I try, switching modes is always accompanied with the robot voice saying what setting it is now in even when you only have 2 distinctly different, easily recognizable modes that are self evident without the interruption. What makes it worse is that it will sometimes accept my input, return the robot voice saying I'm in "aware" mode (for example) but the mode settings are still in "quiet" mode until I resubmit the input and the robot repeats the same mode as the change is actually made to the mode setting. I've also had issues with earbuds not knowing the difference between being in my ears or set on the table and continuing to play audio in the background when I'm expecting it to be paused based on the manual.The most disappointing element is the poor quality build of the case. The case is essential to the product, the earbuds are useless without it, so the attention to detail should still be there for such an integral element of the product. Difficulties taking out the earbuds with long nails is something I can understand being missed during QA tests, but the hinge of the case is poorly designed and executed to a shocking degree. It's immensely wobbly when closed and feels like it could break with a single drop at the wrong angle. These Bose buds are $50 more expensive than the current high-end earbud "standard" (the ones that are optimized for iOS exclusively) which, in contrast, has the best executed earbud case I've seen so far: the hinge is actually made of a material that is up to the task of functioning as a robust hinge at a small scale with high use.After the impeccable experience I had with the Bose 700 headphones (which I would give 4/5 because they're, once again, not good for small heads), I was expecting a comparable degree of build quality, and that may have been my own mistake. I'll be keeping them, they're functional earbuds with the expected Bose audio fidelity, but it is a very disappointing build quality that I am simply hoping won't lead to these becoming e-waste due to a bad drop or the hinge just giving up what little it had to give it begin with (although I imagine I could return them to be refurbished if that sad future would ever come to pass, which is of come comfort).

Fixed fairly easily by putting back in and jiggling until you see the green light* Not as comfortable as QCII earbuds for long-term wear such as on a long journey* Stick more out of the ears than QCII earbuds so not comfortable if you are leaning on something (cushion, pillow, etc.)Overall I think these earbuds are fantastic. If you have the money I would recommend the QCIIs — but if you want to spend a little less these earbuds are almost just as good for sure!! And like I said, I think that the ANC is actually better. The dedicated QCE app is also a real bonus with all the extra features and it’s so easy to use.These earbuds are also much better than similar priced buds on the market from other popular fruit & other brands in my opinion! Honestly Bose are a firm favourite for me as they continue to deliver with each release, and for the price point I think they have basically got these spot on.
