The ANC of this product is not quite as good as the ANC on my QC Ultra earbuds, but that is not an issue for me. That seems to be one of the bigger upgrades for the QC Ultra headphones as well. One other very important feature for me was also regarding the ANC. Prior to purchasing any Bose products, I purchased a much lower cost pair of headphones with ANC. I could not wear those for more than 20 minutes without terribly uncomfortable pressure in my ears. I was afraid that might result from any over ear headphones. However, I have not experienced this issue at all with either of my Bose earbuds or headphones. I am very satisfied customer!

Our family of 5 loves headphones!! We own the Beats version and other versions of Bose headsets, as well as multiple versions of the Apple AirPods and the Bose earbuds, and all 5 of us agree on our final reviews. The Beats are stylish looking but are NOT comfortable on the ears for continued wear. Our ears are sore and need a break on the airplane with the Beats. We were bummed we didn’t buy these Bose ones first! These Bose Quiet Comforts are the best!! We can wear them for hours without any discomfort! Quiet Comfort are hands down the best in this headphone noise-cancelling category for comfort. Sound quality and noise cancelling is great too. Our Beats just stay in the drawer or get lent to guests or friends. All of us have switched over to the Bose Quiet Comfort for the comfort. You can wear these for hours! Not the Beats! Beats hurt. The extra Bose comfort makes a huge difference on an airplane, or if you wear them to tune out a noisy environment around you so you can work, watch movies, or sleep for hours. The Bose hold charge super well all day, which is perfect for those long days with multiple stop plane rides! Just charge at night and you’re good all day! We’ve bought the Bose earbuds for working out too, but we always seem to gravitate to the Apple AirPods for the seamless pairing with our phones. Our AirPods for all 5 of us, old and young and in between, are our go to headphones for on the daily out and about stuff. Mostly because of their compact size and long charge and easy pairing with our iPhones, iPads and MacBooks. You just can’t beat them for that purpose! We use our Apple AirPods for walks and runs and the gym, but they do ache after a while and aren’t as good at noise cancelling as the Bose Quiet Comfort. But let’s be honest, on a run or walk or at the gym or in the car with family, it’s actually a good thing not to cancel all the noise so you can still hear what’s going on around you and be aware of your surroundings. To me, these Bose headphones are a YES!! if you are thinking noise canceling for travel or sleep or long hours of wear for homework. They can’t be beat in that department! If you already have Apple AirPods, they are still a YES!! too, because the AirPods and these Bose Quiet Comfort headphones are the perfect pair and complement each other really well. If you are on the fence because you already have AirPods, take heart knowing these Bose headphones really shine in all the ways you feel like you’re currently missing! (Oh, and lastly, these Bose headphones sell replacement parts!! We have had our for years and finally needed to replace the ear cushion piece. It was cheap and easy!! And now we will get more years of use from the same initial pair we bought years ago! They are still perfect!!)

Vut in hindsight I wish I had returned it. With my vision I really am disappointed Bose did not deeply discount the old stock they had. My same headset with USB-C connector was on sale for over $100 off. Basically I feel Bose made a very bad decision on how to empty their stock. If I had know they were emptying old stock I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THEM.Look for USB-D coming soon to cell phones, tablets, computers, and other devices, another cable standard to sell us another set of cables to store in our house just in case I need them :-(

[Rewarded Review] Amazing sound, amazing noise canceling

I replaced some Beats Studio headphones that I accidentally left behind on a recent trip with the Bose QuietComfort noise canceling headphones. I knew this would be a bit of an upgrade, but I was blown away with how much better these Bose headphones sound. But even more of a delight is how effectively they achieve amazing noise canceling. When they came, I tried them right away while watching a football game - I listened to some piano jazz from my iPad, while still looking at the game. After a while, I became aware that I could not hear any of the game - at first I thought I had my TV on mute - then realized that the headphones were completely blocking all exterior sound. My only minor nit is that there is a slight level of white noise noticeable only when there is nothing playing on the headphones while in quiet mode. But even that was much lower than the white noice I got from the Beats headphones with nothing playing. For me, these Bose headphones were a great purchase!

Whether I'm in a noisy library, a crowded café, or even my apartment with roommates, the Bose headphones create a silent bubble around me, giving me the mental clarity I need to absorb complex information. I can truly focus on the material at hand, be it pathology lectures or anatomy review, without getting distracted by ambient sounds. The sound quality is nothing short of amazing. The clarity and richness of the audio make listening to lectures feel like a premium experience. I can hear every word of a recorded lecture with crystal-clear precision, and the deep bass is perfect when I listen to calming music during breaks to recharge. This is crucial, especially for reviewing dense, fast-paced topics like pharmacology or surgery, where understanding every detail is key.Comfort is also a major selling point. I’ve worn these headphones for hours on end, and I never feel any discomfort. The plush ear cushions and adjustable headband ensure a snug yet comfortable fit, even during the longest study marathons. [Rewarded Review] Best headphones I ever owned

I love these headphones. They're super comfortable that mold around your ears while giving good breathability. I bought these since I work from home in a noisy apt complex and also wanted a good headset with ANC to use for single player games and these are PERFECT for both. I actually used the Razer Barracuda Pros for gaming prior to these based on Rtings review, which gives terrible advice that the Barracuda Pros are worth buying (they're not). The Barracuda Pros butchered sound quality while using the ANC and playing on Ps5, which made them totally unusable (this is a known issue that Rtings has ignored- yet ANOTHER issue they ignore which they do for many products). If you primarily play single player games and dont need a good microphone and dont mind a cable attached to the controller, these are PERFECT for that scenario. The headphones conveniently tell you the exact amount of battery life which is a huge plus. The sound is great though I imagine headsets at the same price without ANC will sound better as the ANC jacks up the price. These likely have a sound quality around a $150 set, which couple with the amazing ANC is good enough. My only concern is how long the battery will last as I hope I get many years out of these.

I only used a noise-cancelling headphone once before purchasing this headphone, but it just felt really weird, and it made me feeling a bit nauseous/sick over time so I avoided purchasing noise-cancelling headphones. The noise-cancelling do not make me feel nauseous/sick and they block out so much ambient noise. I have a bunch of little nephews and nieces and when they come visit, it's really noisy. I was able to block most of their noise out when I needed to do homework. Also, if I'm not feeling like using the noise-cancelling, I'll turn on aware mode which is a awesome feature to have especially when I'm the only one home and doing work.I highly, HIGHLY recommend these headphones. Especially if they're on a sale.

Which is unfortunate because 75% of the time I use headphones, is on a treadmill- They make a very weird popping noise when they try to cancel some sharp loud noises. So even if I wear them around the house while doing chores, if my daughter is playing with certain rattle toys, the headphones will start making popping static noise trying to compensate for the rattle noise.- Considering my QC35ii's are about 4 years old now, there really isn't any improvement in the noise cancelation function that I can notice between the pairs. I would think two generations worth of headphones, some headway would have been made. But in a quiet room listening to music. They sound about the same.So to summarize. They're worse than the product 2 generations back that Bose released in 2017. Why would you remove the ability to turn off noise cancelation? I just don't get why you would take that function away from the consumer.

[Rewarded Review] They're Bose, they sound good, and they're GREEN!

It's been a while since I've bought a set of headphones, my last set lasted me about 5 years before they started crapping out on me. I have an old Bose headphones from the early 2000s that sound good still, but they don't have things like ANC, Aware/Transparency, or any of the nifty features that the Bose app offers like adjusting the strength of the noise cancelling, setting functions, ect. The sound quality is what you would expect from Bose, it's great! Pairs well with Spotify, the action button is programmable to a minor degree, it's nice to have. Only thing I will say is for $350 dollars, it would not have killed Bose to make the band a little stronger, plastics work nicely but for crying out loud this is a premium headphone set! The Ultras are a little better, for $80 dollars more and you get what feels like a metal headband. I would give these a 4 1/2 star rating cause everything else about them is worth the price point but the headband arms being plastic is a let down. Battery life is great! I can go a few days with them, another issue is sometimes videos on my laptop will pause between each other. Not sure why. Sometimes I get static, but I think it might be interference from other devices. TLDR : They are worth the money, but the materials of the headband could be better.

[Rewarded Review] Thinking of buying Bose headphones?! DO IT!!!!!!
15 March 2024

I rarely write product reviews for my purchases. However, on occasion, I will come across a product that warrants a review, whether it is positive or negative. With that being said, I am pleased to say this is one of my most positive reviews for a product, ever. I have struggled to find well-equipped, high-quality, ACTUAL noise-cancelling, over-the-ear headphones for so long due to my indecisive nature and lack of knowledge on what brand/type/cost is best for me. I usually struggle to the point of just giving up on choosing the best ones, I end up sticking with my ancient, slowly dying AirPods at the end of the day. That is not the case for this situation. I was so exhausted of using AirPods that don’t work half of the time and truthfully, the battery life was becoming non-existent without being on its charger. So, when I saw these Bose headphones went on sale at BestBuy, I sprung into action. I’ve used them consistently each day for about 2 months now. Switching over to these headphones has been an absolute game changer for me and my hectic daily schedule, as I am graduating veterinary school this May. The noise-cancelling power is wild! For example, a person could literally be screaming loudly behind me, and I would not hear even a peep, especially when I put them at the highest noise-cancelling setting. One of my favorite parts about these headphones is the ability to drown out any noise around me so I can focus on my paperwork, read, and study study study. I have always had an inability to stay on task since I was a child, and this annoying quirk resonates as trouble focusing and quieting my thoughts on to one solitary task/project at a time. These headphones have kicked my lack of attentiveness to the curb, and I now feel like I could get anything done with these magic little guys on my ears. The cool feature of these is the various noise modes that you can set them at depending on your needs or preferences in different settings. The modes include quiet (best noise-cancelling effect mode), aware (less noise-cancelling for better awareness of surroundings), music, home, relax, focus, commute (e.g., bus, train, airplane), workout, running, walking, working, and lastly, outdoor mode. You can easily switch between four different modes consecutively just by pushing the button that is conveniently on the backside of the left cuff. The left-sided button can be pressed and held down to readily access your shortcuts, such as Spotify or current battery level. It can also be used to mute a phone call, if needed, by pressing the respective left cuff button twice. There are three identical buttons on the outer portion of the right cuff that are used for:—> increasing/decreasing the volume—> pausing/playing the media (tap once on middle button)—> skipping to the next songs/episodes/etc. (tap twice on the middle button)—> tracking backwards to the previous song/episode/etc. (tap three times on the middle button)—> answering/declining phone callsNot to mention, these headphones hold a battery life like no freaking other. I have had them for two months and I have charged them fully ONCE? Like how does it do that? Nonetheless, I am obsessed with everything about my Bose headphones, starting with the aesthetically-pleasing minimalistic color, shape, weight, and comfortability they carry. Putting them on is like putting soft little sand-colored clouds on your ears. Feels like God himself could have crafted these bad boys when I wear them! Additionally, the headphones connect to a Bose app on your phone so you can adjust your listening preferences, bluetooth device connect-ability, and a multitude of other little intricacies that are extremely simple to navigate and change at any time you like. I am no Bose expert or product review specialist by any means, but I feel as though these deserve five stars for the impact they have made on my daily life! Bose products have become my Roman Empire. Thank you for listening and taking the time to read this. I hope my review will not cause you to have tunnel vision in what products are great vs others. Everyone has their own opinions, needs, and preferences, and I would hate for you to not love them as much as I love them. Overall, I hope that this review helps you decide what YOU want out of your next high-quality headphones purchase! Take care, and happy headphone hunting :)
