You actually get a little more then 10 hrs listening time, and a little more than 30 hrs total, Which in the reviews that i read alot of people didnt receive that. As far as the review i seen the most of, was the left bud cutting out. Ive had the buds for 3 days and if you got more than 35 feet it will start to cut out but it connects back up in less than a second. But anything you walk away from to far its going to disconnect. The one issue i have seen from the day i received the buds are of the charging lights of the case. The last light always stays in the blinking state instead of when its fully charged turning solid. But if you take the buds from the case or use the app They are fully charged 100%. The other reviews ive seen where about if you look on the back of the box, they said they ae only made for iphone, ipod, etc. That is not true. They work beautiful with most all devices, including Amazon Alexa. Now the only other issue is that they do not come with a wall charger. I do believe having to use a wall charger of your own is whats causing the charging light to not turn solid. Alot of reviews mentioned Delays when watching YouTube, movies etc. now that is partly true if you have the video quality to high. and the distance between what device you are using. Now i didnt have any issues with any delay. But when i was trying to get the delay, that is what i found. They come with 3 sets of changeable ear fits, Small, Medium, Large. which are very comfortable. Comes with a charging cord. Of course the Ear Buds Charging Case. As far as the sound, Bass, Treble, Mids, highs etc, The sound is perfectly balanced, You can adjust these with the Connect App or your device. They have amazing Bass, no crackling, no distortion, PERFECT SOUND that you can adjust if you like. I am very picky when it comes to sound being right. I have NO complaints about the amazing sound these Buds put out. They are very comfortable while in. When you put them in you need to rotate then a tiny bit to get them so sit in, they will not just fall out, it takes some force to make them fall out. Yesterday night i wanted to sleep with them in because my female cat is in heat and i did not want to listen to her calling all night. So i slept with them in both ears, i woke up to them still playing and still in my ears, and i toss and turn all night i always have, When i woke i was amazed to find out they still didnt fall out and they werent uncomfortable, at least for me. Now others will have a different opinion. but the main focus is that they stayed in and were still playing 9 hrs later. As for the operation buttons [ volume. play, pause, excepting phone calls. I have fat fingers and had no issues operating them while still in my ears, it did not cause issues of them falling out.] As for sweat and water resistant is true. They arent waterproof. Taking a Phone call and having your call hear you, You do not have to raise your voice or yell, you can talk like you normally would. They work excellent during a call. All in All I am very very happy with the over all performance and the amazing sound quality of these ear buds.. I should only do 4 stars, only because they should come with the wall charger to fix the false showing of not being fully charged. I would suggest purchasing these ear buds, if you want a good sounding, quality, long lasting Ear buds.

They are sweat proof which is wonderful since I use them during my workouts. They will not withstand a sauna for 30 minutes but I don’t know of any headphones that would. The sound is amazing, they have Bluetooth tracking in case you lose them, and their customer service is amazing if you have any issues. The battery life is also amazing, and they charge very quickly. The case provides several charges so if your case is charged, you will have more listening hours than you would ever need. I also use them for meditating with, and ended up buying my mom a pair because of how much I have loved them. If you’re willing to spend money on AirPods, save yourself and buy these instead.

Another great sounding product from Bose! Despite these earbuds being a little bulky, the sound and battery duration made it all worth it. When these wireless ear buds were released, I planned to be one of the very first adopters being a BOSE fan, but held off a bit to see how well it performs based on feedback. Then I started seeing negative feedback and reviews, and held off even longer, until now. I cannot get myself to like any of the other options out there for as long as they plug inside the ear canals. I hate the feeling of "suction" or pressure in the ear, the inability to talk normally and sense true loudness of your voice without removing the buds, and just the overall feel of having something inserted in the ears. Whenever I wear in-ear monitors for an hour, even at safe listening levels of maybe between 30%-40%, I feel my ears ringing at the end of a listening session. Makes me believe ... Makes me believe there is far more risk of long term hearing loss with prolonged use of in-ear (sealed)buds as all the sound pressure is sealed and trapped and just directed to the ear drum. That leaves me with just 2 options: the Apple Air Pods, and/or this Bose Soundsport Free. I have the air pods but feel they're really more for convenience reliability rather than truly enjoying and appreciating music. They barely sit on the ears (good) and there is no seal (which meets my requirement), but then this results to thin nearly lifeless sound. I have almost all of the bose series of ear phones, including the Quiet Comfort 30 and the Soundsport Wireless, so I know this is exactly just the kind of ear buds I need and know I will be comfortable with. I like how it doesn't go all the way into the ear canals, sort of just rests short of the ear canals, and yet still create a seal to a certain extent. It doesn't totally block outside noise which I like, because I'm still able to hear ambient noise or pause music and talk to people. If I want total silence, I have my noise cancelling headphones for those and they're a different story. As I just wanted to use this while listening to music in the office (I hate wires), I went ahead and got these anyway regardless of the negative feedback. These buds suprised me and they meet (even exceeds) my expectations of how they are supposed to feel and sound like. The sound is typical bose nice warm sound that I have grown to love throughout the years, so no surprise there. Even without the perfect seal necessary for most other ear buds for you to hear bass, you certainly hear the bass with the Bose Soundsport Free. It is not overpowering, but blends in well with the overall sound landscape producing warm music that is very pleasing to listen to. I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and maybe just encountered the reported "disconnection of left ear" just once, but even then it was so momentary like 1 second that I didn't really care. If I stay in front of my computer here in the office, I can probably listen to it the entire day without encountering any disconnects - which is really the primary purpose of this ear buds for me. I did try to simulate all possible scenarios to force a disconnection and think managed in one of my attempts, but simply pressing the button on the LEFT earbud re-established connection easily and all was back to normal. You don't have to put them back on the case like some of the other feedback I've read. Maybe it also helps that when I paired the headphones to my phone, it showed that it was manufactured just 2 months ago (March 2019). It didn't even have to be updated as it already had the latest firmware. So I'm not sure if the latest makes are improved over the early ones from last year? It's just that I'm not encountering any disconnection issues as are mostly reported by others, and my experience so far is at 100% positive. I'm paired to an iPhone X, not sure if mileage varies between IOS and Android users. I very easily paired this to my Windows 10 laptop as well, and can listen to good stereo music that way too. Negatives: It doesn't bother me that only the right side is used for calls, I don't make lots of calls and when I do they are not long. And even if they get long, somehow it's still fine with me hearing in just one ear as it's not any different than just using the phone directly. The controls are indeed stiff as noted in other reviews, but it's minor gripe for me. You get used to it easily, plus the fact that I normally adjust tracks and volumes on my apple watch or directly on the phone which is just in front of me (in my particular usage scenario) There is indeed still some noticeable lag when watching videos. So if you watch a lot of videos and intend to use these ear buds, this may not be the right one for you and you would be disappointed. I just need this for music, so I can easily overlook this. Overall, I'm happy with finally just deciding to get this Bose Soundsport Free, it meets my needs and even exceeds some of my expectations on how it's supposed to sound.
These headphones are hands down, the best small and wireless noise canceling headphones I’ve ever owned. I love taking them to the gym because they are small and I can hear absolutely nothing outside of my music. They hold a charge for 5 hours! The Bose SoundSport Free Headphones are conveniently sized to fit in any sized bag or my pocket. The sound quality is incredible and they connect to any of my devices whether it’s IOS, Android or Windows. PLUS… they are water resistant!!! Highly recommend!
The Bose Soundsport Free wireless headphones deliver impressive sound quality with deep bass and clear highs. Their secure and comfortable fit is great for active use, though some users may find the design bulky. The battery life provides around 5 hours of playback, with an additional 10 hours from the charging case. The IPX4 rating makes them sweat and water-resistant, suitable for workouts. The touch controls offer convenience, but there might be a slight learning curve.
Great Overall These headphones are amazing. The sound quality is amazing, the comfort is top-tier, and the noise cancellation is ridiculously good. Pass through works very well too. They have a very nice finish, with a sturdy frame that is quite difficult to scratch or mess up unless you really try to. It has a very futuristic and nice design, but it also makes them very comfortable. I am always amazed with the noise cancellation on these headphones. A friend of mine recently got the Sony WH1000XM5s, and honestly I do think these are better. These have better noise cancelling capabilities and better bass. And I think the overall sound quality between those 2 headsets are comparable and very similar. I think that these are the best all around headphones on the ... The only thing I don’t really like about these are the clenching force. When you first get these headphones, the clenching force is quite tight, but loosens up overtime. I wish they were a little bit more loose around my ears, but I am still able to wear them for hours on end comfortably and it doesn’t bother me. I also find the earcups to be quite small, but my ears still fit well around them. There is a lot more to these headphones, so I would recommend watching a couple YouTube videos for a comprehensive analysis on the specifications on these headphones. Overall: 9/10.
The Bose SoundSport Free wireless are, in my opinion, one of the BEST completely wireless headphones that you can pick up right now! Overall, it is obvious that Bose have not digressed from their quality in build, sound and performance.Build and Appearance:Build-wise, the SoundSport Free Wireless are very trustworthy and durable, never feeling worn or fragile no matter how many times they are handled, moved or fiddled around with. Along with this, although the headphones are slightly on the heavier side, I wouldn't deem this as a negative due to the fact of how rigid they are and obviously being a quality product. My one gripe with this product is the size. Although the weight doesn't irritate me, the bulkiness of the product can sometimes make you look like you're trying to communicate with UFOs. I used these whilst walking and jogging with my dog, whilst driving and also during work (I work with cars so it's nice to have wireless headphones to listen to music while working around intricate parts). I must say, the headphones havent fallen out of my ears once - even after shaking my head reasonably vigorously for 5 seconds just to see if I could potentially have them fly out, but Bose 1 - 0 Me. The size didn't ever get in the way of me doing anything specific, but it is mainly just for appearance that the size can get overwhelming.Ease of Use and Comfort:Setting up the headphones took me near enough 2 minutes after taking them out of the box - a very simple and effortless process. The charging case that the headphones come in is intuitive as well, providing information on the case battery as well as individual headphone battery life. As someone who uses tech on a day to day basis, I figured all of the features out comfortably within 10 minutes of use - even for first time wireless headphones users, this product would be a breeze to get used to. Although some may dislike the size of the charging case, I took into consideration how much extra battery life it provides the headphones with, how secure it keeps the headphones and also, going back to durability, how rigid the product is as a whole. You could easily keep the case in your pocket and it doesn't feel uncomfortable to move around with, however most of the time my case was kept in my jacket at all times - sometimes when I wasn't using the headphones, I would forget they were even there. The comfortability of the headphones themselves is a bit hit or miss. On some days, I could wear the headphones for 3 or 4 hours with no issues, but on other days depending on the acitivities I was doing, they could get quite annoying where I'd take them out for 15 to 20 minutes before using them again. I don't think this is a major flaw as using headphones for prolonged periods of time will never be the most comfortable experience. One thing I did notice however, is the Bose design for the "in-ear" part of the headphone was extremely comfortable as it doesn't feel like its being shoved down your ear like a scene out of Saw, unlike a lot of other brands headphones. The discomfort for me mainly came from the wing tip, however I didn't try the other sizes as for a majority of the time, the medium size was fine to use.Sound Quality:On to my favourite, and the most relevant, section of these headphones. I am EXTREMELY impressed with what Bose have managed to fit in such a small (relatively) footprint. I could not fault the sound at all, even after intentionally playing songs with dramatic drops and variable frequencies. The SoundSport Free Wireless headphones, in my opinion, are the BEST for any bass loving listener, even after taking into account that you wont feel a thump in your ear like you would with overhear headphones, I personally believe you will not find better range in another pair of truly wireless headphones.Generally, I listen to a lot of Hip-Hop, R&B and Bhangra, so the range of sounds that these headphones produce has been tested thoroughly. Although these aren't noise cancelling, you can definitely find the right volume for yourself to drown out the rest of world - sometimes I like hearing ambient noise whilst driving or working so these headphones work as an amazing all-rounder.When listening with both headphones, the experience is truly immersive, almost surround-sound like. I say with both, because you can also listen with only one headphone (I recommend the right headphone as this is where the calls come through - also the volume and play/pause/answer/hang up buttons are on the right headphone). Even with just one headphone, the sound doesn't feel washed or neglected. All in all, this product would recieve 5 stars if they were smaller in size with the same audio quality, but I understand that we would potentially lose out on the bass and range of frequency with a smaller headphone. I am constantly happy to use these headphones and I believe Bose have (almost) perfected the truly wireless headphone.
I bought these for my wife for Christmas, I own a pair of Jabbra Elite Active 65t that I am very pleased with but thought I'd try the Bose for her. I have owned older Bose in ear buds in the past and have some other Bose Bluetooth products as well which I am very satisfied with and would recommend to anybody...but I cannot say the same for these SoundSport Free headphones. Firstly, my wife found the fit to be not quite right with any of the supplied tips and unfortunately I cannot return them since the box has been opened...Not sure how anyone is supposed to know whether they fit or not until you open the box at home, so "buyer beware" I suppose. She finds the Jabbra to be quite comfortable, so it looks like I got a new set of Bose earbuds for Christmas. The ... The Jabbra's fit much closer to the ear so they don't feel like they are loosening up over time. While the Bose don't actually fall out, with the center of mass being further away from the tip and outside of your ear you can feel it dragging down a bit when walking or moving about.Secondly, the sound quality is not as good as the Jabbra. It's not bad, but I could only call it "good" whereas I would call the Jabbra "very good" for the same price. I realize they are not Hi-Fi buds and only expected a mid level performance, but I was still left a little disappointed, no so much with the sound overall but in the limited range; as soon as the music gets complex everything gets weak sounding. Another very annoying thing is that phone calls only come through the right side earbud and not both... I am sure Bose could figure out how to run the audio to both buds, so I have to assume that this is a conscious decision though I cannot understand how this would be desirable to anyone. While on the subject, they will only connect to one device at a time, so if you're listening to music on your laptop you won't be able to take a call on your phone without first disconnecting from the computer and connecting to the phone. The Pros: connection to my phone has been flawless through the Bose Connect app so far and they are ready to go as soon as you put them in your ears; no holding buttons for 3seconds to power them on an then waiting to connect to your device. Also, the buds seem to be magnetically held into the charging case so they fit solidly every time (much better than the Jabbra, although the Bose case is about twice as big). So, these get only three stars in my opinion. The build quality is as good as anything out there I am sure, but I would recommend looking at other brands in the same price range for better sound quality and features. Sorry Bose, but I'd call these a miss.
