I bought this recently and spray it on my pillow every night about twenty mins before I go to bed and it is an amazing scent to drift off to sleep to would highly recommend if you have trouble drifting off to sleep.

This stuff is great! My son sprays it on his pillow every night before bed and it helps him sleep. It smells amazing too!
I like this product. Spraying around my bed in the evening. Makes me calm and sleepy.
I spray this over my pillow and sheets just before I hop into bed most nights. It's a pleasant fragrance, lavender being the predominant scent that is obvious. I'm not that into lavender, but I don't mind this because it is quite good at sending me off to sleep most nights, even nights that I expect I won't drift off for hours. I think what I notice most is that I feel extremely relaxed when trying to go off to sleep, way more than if I don't use it.
Smells amazing but doesn't help sleep in any way possible, I use it to make my bed linen smell nice
