The product also mentions about it in its catalogue. Unfortunately, I haven't heard any product that really works for your frontal or mid part of scalp. I have been using Bosley Hair Follicle Energizer for front and mid section for couple months so far and no difference at all.

We are super excited. I purchased this for my Fiancé and he has been using it for a month now - I took an initial photo and a photo today. When we compared them side by side, it is amazing how much has filled in!! And he has been struggling with hair loss over the past few years starting from the center of his head to his forehead (his hair in the back is full and thick). Definitely worth the money. If it has improved this much, we are eager to see how much it will do with more months of use.
I've been using this for a year and have some slight regrowth. I'm female but my dermatologist recommends I use the 5% formula. It doesn't create miracles but it has prevented me from losing more hair. I recommend covering your scalp while in the sun to avoid irritation with this product.
I brought the for my boyfriend 3 mths ago. And all I can say is wow!!! When he first started using it progress was slow. He was losing his hairline and the crown was almost bald. But by the end of the of the first mth his hair was visibly thicker & growing and we're in the 3rd mth and the results just keep getting better. Only thing is you do have to keep using it to keep the hair that regrows. At 40.00 for a 2mth supply I think its well worth it.
Rated a 3 because it's not the product that is reason for my review. More of a disappointment in the description the pictures. I bought a 2 month supply for my husband who is starting to thin in the front of his hair & his hairline is starting to recede. Got in mail today & the pictures on the box that aren't shown in the description details what areas of the head where this is applied & specifically states not for front of head & receding hairline. Would have nice to know before ordering. I'll be returning the item.

Use in conjunction with other hair loss solutions, including minoxidil, so not certain how effective it would be if used alone. However, in conjunction with other solutions, it has been effective. I stopped using a similar solution,Lipogaine for Men when they dropped minoxidil from their formula, thinking minoxidil (5%) alone would be sufficient. WRONG! Began losing hair at crown and below the crown. Resumed regimen of minoxidil, Lipogaine, which added back 5% minoxidil, and Bosley. Hair began growing back. As an aside, someone also recommended using castor oil, which other research surprisingly supports. Haven't used it long enough to comment.
