Bostik - Blu Tack 75g

been using it for a couple of years, blutack is the best. I recommend when removing it, be sure to roll it instead of just pulling it out. (Incase the wall paper or paint comes off, learn that the hard way). it can still be in a sticky state for a long time. I recommend.

Blu Tack is a great product for safely fastening a speaker to a speaker stand and for dampening vibrations. There are similar products available locally but Blu Tack is the first and the best.

Bought this online from overseas (for friends to bring over to us living in Fiji) as, here, the brand name is missing from the packaging and, as I suspected, it's a different product and does not do the job that Bostik BluTak does

Brand new, unopened. Sticks to rendered walls/fences, glass tables, brick wall, gutter pipes. Very durable and handy. Held down party decorations and buntings during a very very windy night. I am super impressed with its versatility.

Have used this stuff for years. Many purposes. Now using underneath my speakers to stop them from vibrating off the speaker stands. Much better than spikes, IMO, because it doesnt mar the speaker cabinet finish. Recommended.

Stupid Cheap Upgrade

I first used this under my 3D printer to stop it from walking across the table. Now using under my turntable, speakers and my headphone amp. It holds my headphone amp so it can't move when my headphones pull on it. Using for a couple years now and find it lasts and lasts. Stupid cheap upgrade.

Using blu-tack to stick my stereo speakers to their metal stands.

I bought one package for each speaker. I rolled up the strips into balls and put on the stand in the corners. I then set the speakers on rhe stands and pressed drown. This stuff really works. The speakers are solidly attached and they sound great. The sound seems to be much better now that the speakers are mounted to the stands and the stands are firmly mounted to the floor.

Yep, it sure is blu-tack, it’s blue, it’s tacky and it sticks stuff to walls. Met my standards.

Works as advertised; makes a very strong bond between speaker and stand. The whole stand with speaker will tip over before the speaker comes free from the stand.
