Compared to other options for Birkenstock Boston, I liked that these in Stone Coin looked slightly more tailored than crunchy. On sizing, I normally wear 7.5 in dress shoes and 8.5 in running shoes so I was guessing the 7-7.5 (38) would be the right size. Nope. In these, the 6-6.5 (37) were better for fitting in the toe grip and for my narrow feet. I also initially guessed I would like the soft footbed of other Birkenstock Boston choices better. Those felt like slippers that were more supportive than other slippers. But nope, once I tried the original footbed, I was sold on that instead, as the sensation was like getting a foot massage while walking in wet sand.

I bought this for myself for Christmas. I've heard so much about how comfortable Birkenstock's were, so I coughed up the $130 and bought a pair. They said it could take up to 2 months to break in. It is almost March, and they still hurts so much. I still wear them, cuz they cost me $130 bucks.I have come to a conclusion that they run small, and I can't do anything about it.

They are so comfortable and look great. You can wear them on those days when you either staying home or running quick errands.
