Fantastic for washing microfibre. While not the most aggresive on removing stains, it renders the microfibre plush and absrobent again. I use it not only for car rags, but also for washing the cloths used in cleaning around the house.

I only use Bowden's Own MicrofWash for my car detailing products. All the Bowden's products get washed after every use, as well as non-Bowden's microfibres that we use around the house for cleaning. Make sure to also use a tumble dryer straight after washing and your microfibres will come out clean and smelling amazing

This stuff works so well. I followed the directions and it bought life back into my microfibre cloths I use inside and out of my car. It even washed my Bowden's sponge and polishing pads beautifully. This is a way better alternative to replacing your cloths, mine are like brand new again..
Works incredibly well. Removed all the built up dried wax and polish out of my microfibre cloths as well as my polishing pads that I use on my orbital polisher. Lambs wool and foam pads and cloths are now perfectly clean. Just follow the directions with soaking in hot water first with the solution before washing.
Do you ever get tired of polishing and waxing your car to only find out that that the microfibre cloth you use is still dirty from last time? You can now eliminate that problem with the easy to use microfibre cloth cleaner from Bowden’s. This product can be used in 2 ways. 1. Chuck a load of your towels and cloths in the washing machine and add 20 to 40mls of liquid and press start or 2. Let them soak in a bucket of warm water with the same amount of concentrated formula and literally watch the old polish and wax residue come straight off your towels. The bottle is well designed with an easy to measure canister attached to the bottle, eliminating the use of any other measuring jug. This will save you $$$ in having to buy new microfibre towels!
This is the second lot I have used of this product and I have to say it does a great job on my microfibre towels. It greatly improves the towels ability to buff off polish and sprays, just like new ones, I even use it on the dogs towels now.
Microfibre clothes are so cheap, they are practically disposable, except when they're not. I've invested a modest sum in decent drying towels like a couple Bowden's own Big Green Suckers. These are fantastic at their intended purpose and to get the best out of them they need to be cleaned appropriately. The Microfibre Wash is perfect for this task. It breaks down wax or grease picked up during use and rejuvenates the fibres. It's so good, I also wash house hold microfibres with it as well, not in the same load of course. Typically I use about 40ml a wash, gives me 25 washes per bottle, about a years worth, excellent value for money, and if I can get it on sale, even better.

Have bought a second bottle now that I'm almost finished the first as I have found it to be good and the cloths have held up quite well. However, I don't wash the cars that often so the cloths themselves don't actually get used that much. From my experience when using to wash cloths/pads with polish and wax residue, i'll use a LOT more of the product than what is recommended and will need to wash several times. For cloths that are heavily soiled/stained I find laundry detergent works much better.Honestly, I can't say this product is better than plain laundry detergent but it does ok. Bought the Bowden's Microfibre wash to bring some life back to my MF drying towel, 500gsm polishing cloths and the stack of 350gsm MF's I use for rinseless washing.It certainly did a decent job of cleaning them but I wouldn't there is enough of a difference in cleaning power between this and my generic wool wash to replace it for every wash. I will use every third wash or so I'd say.
