Completely new tweeter with top technologies The new 600 S3 series introduces a completely new dome tweeter, the Titanium dome. This replaces the aluminum double dome, which is used by previous generations. The new tweeter benefits from the membrane mounting plate in the size of the 700 S3 for better, more open radiation. It also has a new tweeter grille in the design of the recently introduced Series 800 Signature. This is acoustic more open than before and ensures an even better image. The tweeter has a significantly extended tube system equipped, that of the lower resonant frequency of the calotte is adapted and leads to a freer and more open sound that less 'enclosure-bound'. The updated case design features a improved chassis layout, with the tweeter and the chassis for the middle and middle bass range closer were placed together to get a better musical achieve figure. The case itself also has one stiffer inner bracing. Continuum woofer and midrange Continuum membrane chassis are used in every model. 700 S3 magnet systems are used in the woofers/midrange drivers of the entire product range. Bass membrane and magnetic drive Cardboard cone woofers are used in the 603 S3. Improving the magnet systems derived from the 700 S3 the performance. Improved crossovers All crossovers receive the improvements with the Bypass capacitors, last seen in the 700 series were used.
